I went to at least six other tile stores before finding Palm, with Kerry assisting us with a big project. The other places I went to had basically sales people just pointing out tiles to choose from.Kerry not only helped with the tile selection and coordination, but with design and all of the details that other places I went to just didn't know how to do; such as borders, edging, grout color selection etc.It was so refreshing to work with Kerry at Palm Design - she is truly a professional designer, as well as being efficient, and demonstrating a friendly and kind demeanor throughout the whole process. I had written a review in March about how the staff was excellent and how they were able to help you find matching items quickly.Recently - we ordered something and it had an issue - some mis-communication between me, my tile person and the sales staff and we ended up with the wrong item. Instead of trying to pin fault, Palm tile agreed to swap out our tiles. And when we did a replacement, the manufacturer sent the wrong thing. Since the issue was discovered during the pickup, they took care of the having the replacement delivered. I shopped at many local tile stores and this one is the best! Penny helped me put together a cohesive plan for the master bathroom remodel of my dreams. They have so many options including traditional and on trend styles and staff were communicative and helpful with my many questions.
