I recently upgraded my home floor from carpet to Vinyl and getting quote from multiple sources and almost everyone giving long waiting period and higher quote. One of my friend of friend refereed me to Carper sales (Eric) team. I visited their office quote and other details. They made my life easy. Eric was very friendly and within a day visited my home for measurement at free of cost (where other providers will charge) and provided very reasonable and affordable quote. Note this business location is showing up as down the street further West. Business is actually near to Watt Ave. in a gray building with a blue line. Really appreciate the people who run this business. They were easy to speak with, willing to help me out with an estimate and get the job going quickly. They did not attempt to upsell me anything either. Greatly appreciate it!

Love my new carpet. It was a very good experience buying the carpet from The Carpet Sales in North Highlands. Eric Jr was wonderful to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Juan and Miguel ( carpet installers ) where here on time, and they also were very professional. They did a wonderful job installing the padding and carpet. Juan asked me to look over the installation with him. Their clean up was very good. After they left, I saw a small snafu. I called Eric Jr and told him about it, and Juan was back in less than a hour and corrected it to my satisfaction.
