Raquel helped us out with our frame selection, she was extremely patient and I loved that she didn't rush the process. I got the Meta Rayban glasses, and I can't wait to wear them. “I was in Dr. Michael Frisch office this morning at 7:30am 06/20/24 for comprehensive exam. Dr. Michael Frisch is very professional and is very thorough during the exam. He examined my eyes carefully and patiently. He has a good sense of humor. After my exam he showed me the results on the computer screen, spectacle lens, prior years history. They have a beautiful office with latest technology. Office staff, Andrew, Emily and Janice make you feel welcome. They are always very friendly and helpful especially when you have questions regarding your insurance, glasses, etc. Andrew helped me with the selection of glasses while Janice and Emily were attending to customers via phone or working in the computer. “Annual eye exam.Focus (no pun intended, oh hell pun intended) to replace bifocal contact lenses prior manufacturer discontinued.Mission accomplished. Vision with new product as good BUT lenses thinner and barely tinted to distinguish where exactly they are/were in case reservoir let alone my eyes. Twelve days later both lenses disintegrated. FEAR!Did a lens fragment remain in my eye? PANIC!Next day emergency appointment.99.9% sure no fragment.Tutorial in handling new lenses. Possible user error.All is well.“

I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered :) Staff member explained to me what we would be doing today, she informed me of what my insurance covered and also of my co-pays , she made everything (in financial perspective) very clear and i felt comfortable proceeding with the appointment. “Dr Zeegen is wonderful. Friday evening I had recessive watering if one eye, then within an hour the eye became painful. I went to bed. I woke up Saturday morning with horrible sharp pains in that eye. Very light sensitive, the pain was sharp and excruciating. I called my drs office, which of course was closed. The answering service took my name and number and then called Dr Zeegen, who was on call. I had never met him before. He called me and said he would meet me. He gave my eye a thorough exam, noted extreme swelling inside which was causing the pain, administered drops, prescribed eye drops. Every hour for 2 days. It turns out my problem was a reaction to the RVS vaccination I had late in the prior day.He was so good with me. I was scared and in pain. He calmed me, examined me and prescribed the right mediation. By the next morning I was much better, and continuing to improve.“
