My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Kim Lai. This was the most life changing experience I have had. I have seen several eye specialist from Stein eye institute of UCLA to several doctors in the Valley. Dr. Kim is in my opinion the best of the best. She has the most caring heart of any Dr I have ever seen. Without hesitation I strongly recommend her for all your optical needs. Thank you Dr. Kim lai OD
I've been using Dr Lai for my recurring eye checkups for several years now. Highly recommend. What I like most is that the office staff are all very friendly and they remember your name (okay "Bob" isn't that hard to remember...). I also feel that Dr Lai does NOT push unnecessary product that she "recommends" but she instead tries to take advantage of any good offers that are available from any vendors.
Very thorough exam . I have been going to optometrists for 40 years from glasses to contacts to Lasik so I can say without reservation that Kim Lai is great! Monica is very knowledgeable about insurance.
