I came in for a walk in & waited a bit longer than one would usually expect to wait & when I got to my room the nurse expressed how grateful she was of me for waiting patiently & gave me some insight on the inflow of patients & how it effects wait times throughout the week. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients and how they feel while in their care.“
