Both appointments went smoothly and very fast- I don't think I've ever had a shorter wait time at a doctor's office ever than I did both times at Lassen Medical Clinic. I felt like the doctor's I saw listened well and like they actually cared about my well-being. 10/10, love y'all at Lassen Medical Clinic.“

“Staff is super helpful & nice even when wait times are a bit longer. I came in for a walk in & waited a bit longer than one would usually expect to wait & when I got to my room the nurse expressed how grateful she was of me for waiting patiently & gave me some insight on the inflow of patients & how it effects wait times throughout the week. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients and how they feel while in their care.“
