The worst health place. I’ve been going here on and off since I was a child. I’m now an adult 25 years old. This place needs to be shut down.I originally came to get established with a primary care provider so I could get referred to a psychiatrist since my old one was moving to another state. Dr. Talatu brought me back to a room. I told her all my medical history and anything she needed to know so she could refer me to a psychiatrist. She decided to diagnose me with a heart condition that I do not have. I’ve never had any heart problems. She was very judgmental about the medications I was on. Just save your time and waste ER resources. It's faster and that's how medical services in Red Bluff are pushing you. Lassen Medical has no urgent care anymore and they send you to Greenville for walk-ins. GR website says walk-in clinic times are from 8am. Really they don't start until 1:30pm per their front door service man. Once checked in outside the front of the building, you get to go wait in your vehicle. Just called to see what the ETA is as we were checked in at 1:15 hoping to beat the line at 1:30 for walk-ins, just to be told we can be waiting in our vehicle for up to 2 hours. These people at the front counter are EXTREMELY disrespectful. I took my 17 year old last week and it was fine. Untill we got to the pharmacy to only find one perscription. Easy enough fix. Brought him back today as his ear isnt better. Got there at 115pm, was told he was put on a schedule with a dr for 2pm. So we waited in our car. They came out and gpt us at 210pm put us in the back in a room and there we sat for a whole hour longer. I open the door to no one. So decided to call them while waiting in the room. Was told they would find the M.A. 20.minutes later we try to leave. We get nearly.to the exit door and see an old dr that i had know for years. He told the people at the check in coumter he would be willing to see us. Yet all the people did at the check in counter was basically keep trying to point out that some check in form tgey tried to say i filled out states in takes up to 2 hours etc and how im not allowed to be in this area with an MA trying to make it out like i was notified of all these terms i am breaking wich was the worst treatment ever. I will never return again.
