“The best dry cleaning/ or cleaning you can ever find. Greeting by staffs are the best part. You always being greeted with a smile. The owner is such a decent man. One day I gave them a blanket for clean up. When I was picking it up it was close to after hour. The owner was there for some maintenance. He opened the door for me and handed me my blankets. I paid and left the store. As I was getting close to my car I saw the owner calling me and wanted to pay me back some money because he believed my blanket wasn't tick enough for the category I paid. The kind of decency that hard to find these days in the society that we are living. God bless people like him who have integrity.“

“Freddy, Elsa, and Martin are great. I have used them since they were in Newport, off of Jamboree/Bristol. They have never lost or ruined an item, though I realize this happens from time to time, at other places. Freddy does all of my alterations, anything from motorcycle jeans to full lengths formals. He has always been honest with what is possible and best and has never disappointed me. Thank you for taking such good care of my items, Freddy.“

“This review is long overdue. They are the best dry cleaners I have ever been to. They offer a lot more than dry cleaning. They are always fully staffed, and even 95 percent of the time, they gave me my cloth back the next day. They have great tailors and they staff is friendly. I do miss Power Cleaners. I no longer live in Lake Forest and moved to Redlands. I have not been able to find a dry cleaner that comes close to Power Cleaners. They also have a shoe repair. They fixed my mother's leather sandals. That's she love. My dogs bit them terribly, and they fixed them by adding another piece of leather and sewing it back on. They conditioned 2 of my leather jackets. One was made in Italy, and the other one was made in England. Like I said, they offer a lot of services. Hopefully, I can move back to Lake Forest or even Orange County. So I can go back to using their services.“

“I recently moved into the Lake Forest area from Irvine and was in search of a high quality, reasonably priced cleaners. I’m glad I chose Cleaners 2000! Not only was Sharon (owner?) friendly and value conscience when discussing options, but the finished product was perfect cleaned with a few stains and arm pit musk removed from my suits. Coming from Irvine I would have easily paid 15-20% higher for my 7 suits, 1 tie, 2 buttons added to suit. Turn around time was 3 business days as I told them I wasn’t in a rush. Initially I was debating this location as there have not been recent reviews, and there was one passionate negative review which I was able to clarify and get the owners perspective to my satisfaction.
