I had a beautiful ivory/white gown that had a red wine stain and the train had been dirty from walking on the ground, and I needed it ready for a party in 24 hrs. I called Polo and Janet was WONDERFUL over the phone and when I got there she was even more helpful in person! They got that gown to me by the next day, with NO stains AT ALL! (When I tell you the red wine stain had been on that dress for over a year, that is not an exaggeration haha)Highly recommend, pure magic, miracle workers with hearts of gold! ??
