“This place is great. I generally have big ticket items laundered/cleaned (multiple king size comforters), and with other cleaners it's usually about a week turn around and stupidly expensive. Polo is a great price and they tackled my needs right away. Both times I've been there, they've beaten their own estimate, and their text notifications made it super easy to pick my items up as soon as they were available. Probably the best cleaners I've ever visited. OH! And everything in there is clean and organized! Nothing is out of place, and there's no waiting while someone searches for things.“

“Fast and friendly service that doesn't disappoint. The staff makes sure to inform you about when your clothes will be ready and were also helpful when I inquired about alterations. The price for alterations was a little high but that should always be expected in the good old south OC. Other than that I highly recommend this cleaners and hope they continue to stay in business despite our unfortunate economic situation.“
