“I have had Sean and Fusion Star replace four old, large AC units in two properties in the last 8 years or so. He is a stickler for doing the job right. He finds things as he does the work that other contractors have messed up, so they can be addressed. His crew is efficient, polite, and bend over backwards to work cleanly and to clean up afterwards. Any construction is inherently disruptive -- there are guys carrying things into and out of your house, climbing into the attic, cutting holes for vents, etc. That can't be helped. But I find that Sean's crews really try to minimize the disruption. And the systems work great once they are installed. I can't speak to how his prices compare to competitors, because it's always possible to get someone to give you a cheaper estimate. I can say that I am always very happy with the outcome of the work, and that if any issues arise, he is responsive. I recommend highly.“

“Leaving a review rarely crosses my mind, but today, something happened in the business world that enjoyably stunned me! My journey with ATA began on a positive note. After finding them on Yelp, I had a promising conversation with Leo, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. True to their word, the technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and we began to address the issue with my air conditioner. The technician accidentally miscommunicated the price of the procedure with me, although at the time, I did not know he had miscommunicated. I agreed to the fee. After the procedure was completed, he told me I owed him $125.00 more than what we agreed upon. To make a long story short, he told me sorry, but that is the charge. I didn't want to argue, so I wrote a check for the fee he was asking for. After the incident with the technician, I reached out to the ATA office. I had the pleasure of speaking with Leo, who not only understood my situation but also went above and beyond to resolve it. Despite my insistence on paying the originally agreed-upon fee, Leo insisted on providing the service at no charge, demonstrating the exceptional customer service ATA is known for. As a result, the next time my air or heating is acting up, I will no longer have to spend time looking for a new air conditioning service company; I will call ATA. He diagnosed, gave me an estimate, successfully completed the repair and tested my system in less than 24 hours of my initial contact with Santa Clarita Custom Air.
