HERS Rating, also knows as HERS testing is when special third party inspector, like EffiCo HERS, evaluate existing, newly constructed residential homes, and commercial building's heating ventilation and air conditioning appliances' (HVAC) energy efficiency to assure California's Title 24 energy code is in compliance. EffiCo assists you with your Rough-in and Final Inspection. Also, the HERS evaluations we offer for residential and commercial buildings may include: duct leakage, airflow, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), refrigerant charge adjustment (RCA), fan efficacy (FE), envelope sealing (ENV), air balancing, kitchen range hood exhaust fans, make up air, and quality insulation inspection (QII) along with other energy saving methods.
