Had an absolutely amazing experience at Serendipity! Tamara was attentive and a calming presence during the hydrafacial and lip filler treatments. I had a lot of anxiety about getting the filler as I am “slightly” afraid of needles but she made sure I felt safe and that I was informed of everything going on at the time. She also made sure to review a skin care routine that would work for my sensitive skin!! She went above and beyond!

Kayla is a true, professional lash artist! She listens to what style you want and then does a wonderful job. She keeps up on the latest information about lash and eye health. I sent her a picture of the beautiful wispy lashes that I love and she took a training in lash mapping from the person who posted that picture before my next appointment! The product she uses is amazing! It's light cured and the retention is easily 3 to 4 weeks and more. And the best part is that there is no burning from fumes that I experienced in the past. None! Because it dries instantly and the formula requires less of the ingredient that causes that burning effect. All that and she is a sweetheart! I just love her! She's the 4th lash artist I've had in 7 years and by far, the best! 5++ star!!

I used to have to go all the way to SF for a beautician that can do my hair the way I want, but not anymore. I was living in Dublin a few years ago and looking for a new beautician that was closer to me and happened to find this gem of a salon and now I live in north San Jose and it is more than worth the drive to go to see Nyeisha. The last time I went, I decided to try something new and got a super short pixie cut but I could not have trusted a better beautician. This is easily the best haircut I've ever had and I don't think I will trust anyone else to cut my hair this short. I have also gotten other hair styles and always feel so taken care of no matter what I want. I highly recommend this salon!

This is my go-to place in Pleasanton. The current crew there recently took over and remodeled the salon. Brand new chairs and equipment. Diane, Kim, Lily, Sara, Hong....they are all exceptional! Convenient parking in the rear of the building so you don't have to worry about finding street parking in downtown Pleasanton. I have been going to the same technician for about 5 years and I'm so happy she is now located in downtown Pleasanton.

A really wonderful experience! This is a one-woman shop, so you'll have to book your appointment beforehand, but luckily everything is very clear and convenient online! Small note that there is a mani/pedi combo package towards the bottom of the list - I tried multiple times to book both a mani and pedi at the same time (and failing) before realizing! Parking downtown depending on the time of day can be a little challenging, but it is towards the end of downtown which makes it a little easier. Charming Nail Shop is located on the second floor, and there are two seats to wait at inside if she's finishing up with previous clients! You can pick a color while you wait - her variety is pretty extensive, and she recommended me to try a polish with "diamond finish" that truly held up flawlessly for almost three weeks, and is still holding up strong as I grew out my nails for the next three months lol. Mani and pedi were both really relaxing experiences - the soak and massage was lovely, and she made great conversation (out of this introvert!) to pass the time. My appointment did take longer than planned but I enjoyed the little spa moment for me. Thanks again for the great experience, would highly recommend for others to try out for a special relaxing moment!
I've tried numerous places around Pleasanton, but now I don't go any where else. It's small and quiet, can read a book or talk to Ahn. She's the only technician and does a nice job. Pedicure in about 30 minutes.
THE BEST NAILS! Amanda is so talented and educated with everything nail related. I went from constantly breaking my nails and back to back appointments at previous nail salons, to now healthy and long lasting nails. With Amanda's technique's my nail quality has drastically improved. She's an amazing person and I highly recommend her!

I don't spend too much time around this area but when I am I always try to find a nails salon last minute. They were able to get me in quick for a fill and a pedicure. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my nails. No one ever wants to do my nails very short since I wear gloves it hard to get the right shape. The gentleman was able to do it!! Short and natural! I've noticed my hair grows back slower and very little ingrown. The location is convenient with lots of parking and the prices are reasonable! Amy is an amazing esthetician! My microdermabrasion and enzyme facial was incredible. I was worried that my skin would be a bit sensitized but the products she used really nourished my skin barrier and my skin is so noticeably smoother. Yvonne is an amazing esthetician. She has helped me clear my face up. I came to her when my face was at my worst during Covid in the hospital. We wore n95s for 12 hours and my face wasn’t happy. She gave me extraction facials, hydra facials, and did light therapy on me. She educated me on a good face skin care routine and my face is so much better now. I still go to her due to my PCOS and acne. She’s very knowledgeable in her work, patient, and kind. She also does my eyebrows and they look great every time. Alicia is the best. I started by getting bikini, full legs, and underarm. I now get Brazilians as well because she has skills. It's a great combination of good products and skill. The wax she uses is gentle for my skin and Alicia is both detail oriented and fast. Her place is clean and I love her music choice. I always feel relaxed there.
A little back story: I've had my brows microbladed twice in the past by other artists. The first time was not a great experience and it left my brows uneven. In the last 10 years they have faded into a greyish color but I held off on getting them touched up because of the pain of microblading. Jamie is phenomenal! She addressed ALL of the little details that bothered me about my brows. She started off by doing a color correction to take out the gray. I never thought I would be able to achieve perfect symmetry after getting them done previously by another artist, but someone Jamie was able to do it! She explained every detail to me and made sure I was comfortable before starting. I felt extremely at ease during the whole process. And the icing on top of the cake... it was PAINLESS! If you have gotten microblading done perviously and sweated through your clothes during the process, you don't have to dread getting them touched up! The numbing cream she uses is amazing! I can't recommend her enough and will be going back regularly for my touch up's!

Dela provides excellent lashes, customer service, and is overall just a great person! My normal lash artist was on maternity leave and only recommended Dela and I am so glad she did. It was wonderful to be able to meet and work with Dela. I wanted to try something a little different with my set and she heard me out and gave me recommendations. They came out perfect! She even sent my original lash artist updated with what we did so I could continue to get the same look. She really listens to what you want and will tell you what will work best for getting the look you want and maintaining lash health. Very grateful to have been able to get services done with her!

Donavon Henderson came out yesterday, Friday 1/3/25, to install 2 surge protectors for our electric HVAC system we purchased from Jazz back in May. He is a very nice young man who was polite and a pleasure to have at our home. Technically, he easily took care of the installation. I had some questions about the Compressor and Condenser. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with the equipment so that I easily understood and was assured, everything was working perfectly and the way it should. Great guy, like having a reliable grandson to come over and help out.

Carlos is the best! He cleaned the carpet in our townhouse and got so many stains out. He is extremely friendly and professional. He also came back a week later to clean a new spot and offered to take one of our large rugs home to clean. He returned it the next day. I can't recommend Carlos enough! He is a very hard worker and so kind.
When my family and I moved into our new home we desperately needed deodorizing. We contacted a couple carpet/tile cleaners, but none of them used biodegradable solutions that were safe for pets and children like Hands on Earth. Edwin was very upfront and honest and even suggested another company as we were looking to get the services done as soon as possible. We ultimately decided to go with Edwin and are so happy that we did. The carpet cleaning and tile cleaning really made a difference not only with the smell, but with the look and feel of our flooring. Edwin was meticulous and we are so thankful to have found him. We will definitely be giving him a call in the future.

Cardinal and a few other firms were recommended to us by my local insurance branch. We had water damage from a major storm this year and needed repairs to high-end home. Cardinal proved to be a professional team starting from the bid to scheduling through work completion. We had bids from other contractors but went with Cardinal due to an honest bid accepted by State Farm. After their work, everything looks like new, they matched our paint and texture, custom carpentry, etc. The crew cleaned up each night and moved back our furniture and reinstalled our fixtures. The work was complete in about two weeks. No surprises. Highly recommend.
Justin came highly recommended to us from friends of ours. He is amazing! He brought my vision to reality with my half bath. He was extremely professional and very meticulous. He is a perfectionist! I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I will definitely have him do our future projects!
I found some water damaged siding outside my kitchen sink area. A plumber said it was likely the sink drain, but because of the siding, it was beyond his capability. He recommended Debernardi. Debernardi responded quickly to my call and assessed the situation, agreeing with the plumber about the problem. They scheduled a repair in a few days, but had to delay due to a COVID watch limiting their personnel available. We rescheduled for the following week. A worker and Jeff, the owner, came on time (7:45am). We discussed the job, and I said do it for time at $134/hour and materials. The worker removed the siding, fixed the leak, replacing some plastic pipe, put on new siding and repainted (I had some exterior house paint), all by 2:30 pm. They did a fine job. Everyone from Bernardi knew what they were doing, and did what they said they would do.

I can't recommend Daniel & team highly enough. I've been working with them since 2020 when we purchased a new to us home that needed major renovations to make things safe, livable, functional and beautiful. 4 major projects later (breezeway/bathroom, master suite, deck/patio room and most recently, garage conversion to a dining/music room), I continue partnering with Triangle because of the quality of work and their trustworthiness. I've been so pleased with how my home has transformed into what was in my mind's eye the day I set foot in it for the first time. For me, the mark of a good project and the right GC is not that everything runs perfectly (because renovations rarely do), but what happens when there is an unexpected issue or hiccup. We've navigated a bunch of these, but we always get to an action plan that makes sense for both of us without drama or battles. I trust Daniel and team to get us to the finish line, and plan to use the team again when we finally tackle the kitchen. Greg & I are so appreciative of this team!
Chad was very professional and provided a lot of expertise for what would look good in our home. He communicated with us in all aspects of the project and was always punctual. His custom work and attention to detail was amazing and we are so happy with our beautiful staircase railing!
Steve and his crew did a total remodel of our small bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased, it is exactly what we envisioned for my dream bathroom! The job was completed on schedule and as mentioned in previous reviews there were no hidden costs. He is ethical and gave great advice. He and his crew were on time, worked hard and were always respectful.
We had Tom and his crew do our entire renovation. Tom was an all inclusive contractor who handled every single little request we had and didn’t make it a headache or a constant back and forth. He understood our questions and concerns and always addressed them while doing the work. Tom’s guys are all great to have around and easy to talk to as well, they all communicate to each other. At no point did we feel anything but like he was doing a job for a friend not just a customer. We renovated the entire home, plumbing, and electrical. We had a complex steel beam to put in and Tom had it done quickly and without issues. He provided on the spot design question help and would always tell us what he would do if it were his house when we were unsure. He didn’t slam us with change orders when we had little add ons, and his overall rate and cost were beyond reasonable for the quality of work he and his guys do. On top of that, he helped us build relationships with some of his own vendors and sources which have helped us in the long run. He has come back to help us whenever we asked and never made it a painful process. You can see in the photos posted he took our original house to one we can’t even think about moving out of. Tom and his crew had our entire house done in less than 6 months.
I was plagued by a paper wasp infestation that extended into the soffit of the house. Julian arrived a week later and tackled it fearlessly. No hesitation routing out the nests and was done with the job within 30 minutes. That includes the time he took to spray the perimeter with a standard insect treatment. Julian kept me in the loop the entire time, noting other infestations he took care of (e.g. spiders, ants, etc). It's been a month and haven't seen anything flying or crawling outside the house the entire time. For the price and quality of service, I couldn't be happier.

Josue and his guys were awesome! They worked fast and the quality of their work was great. Completely replaced all irrigation and replaced a bunch of trees and plants. Josue spent 2 hours with me at the nursery helping me pick out the plants and trees for each of the areas. They replaced the soil in the locations that the plants were not thriving and added new mulch. They also removed and added all new electrical wiring throughout and were very flexible waiting for the new lights to come in. Would highly recommend them!

I've never had such a good experience working with a contractor. We did both our back yard and our front yard with Olwin Landscape. From the beginning, it was clear Dave and his team were incredibly experienced and accommodating. They communicated regularly, the crew was efficient and hard working, and the team would offer suggestions for designs and details whenever I was stuck (which was often). We loved Dave and team so much after our backyard project, we asked them to come back and do our front yard! Both turned out beautifully and we get so many compliments. I've had friends use other contractors who quoted a slightly lower price and they always have issues and regret not using Olwin. If you don't want any headaches with your project at the highest quality, I can't recommend Olwin Landscape enough.
Jeff did some artificial turf on a very challenging slope at our house. Came out great. He spent the time to get the drainage right so it wouldn't lead to other issues. Very attention to detail oriented.
He's now at our new house landscaping and hardscaping about 3 acres.
We needed shared fence built because the posts on the existing had cracked. We called for an estimate and the following day Mario was out to give us a quote. He was professional and personable. He took the time to speak with our neighbors and explained our options. We agreed on using steel posts. Mario made what could have been awkward into a fun amicable agreement. The crew arrived on time and the tear down and new fence were done by 2:30. They are quick and accurate, building the fence with precision. It looks magnificent! No mistakes here, we'll worth every penny. Thank you Mario and crew.

I switched dentists about a year ago and started coming here (recommended by my husband who has been a long term patient since he was a kid). I'm so glad I make the switch. I've only had Dr. Sellick as a dentist and he is amazing! He is friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and treats you like a person. All of his staff have provided exceptional care as well. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or having to reschedule. The other great thing about going to this office is its beach-like vibe, which makes the overall dental experience that much more inviting and relaxing.
Probably Yelp isn't the best way to choose a dentist. But I did see a one star review for these dentists and just wanted to share my experience, which has been excellent. Of course, dentists do a lot of procedures and there will always be someone who is unhappy and leave a bad review. You have to take that with a grain of salt. In my case, after I moved from SF to Pleasanton I was looking for a dentist out here. At a neighborhood party, I noticed one of my neighbors went straight to desert and started eating a plate of sugary foods. I figured he must have a good dentist, so I asked for a referral. He sent me to Drs. Andre and Judson. That was five years ago. The hygienists are fantastic, and I've been to several of them. I finally had an old filling replaced by Dr. Andre, and she did it without novocaine. I was stunned, but she was insistent it would go well. I did yelp at one point, but it was very quick, and she moved on to another part of the tooth. My 40-year-old silver is gone and replaced by a nice tooth-colored filling. She was very good during the procedure, explaining everything, giving me little breaks, and the final work feels great. And I didn't have to spend three hours drooling because of the numbing medicine. So good office staff, good hygienists, good quality work, nice folks. Not sure what else you need in a dentist.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Saini. She is one of the most genuine dentists I've had. Her staff is also very kind and flexible with appointments. 100% would recommend!
Best dentist I’ve been to in all of my 30+ year on this planet. They’re always friendly and greet me by name which even if they have a list of who’s coming in, it still makes you feel good. All the dental assistants ask how my kid is doing and we swap stories keep each other up to date like family would. Dr. Sowjanya Srikantam is super efficient and friendly and doesn’t suggest anything unnecessary. She gives you all the options, her opinions and then allows you to create the best decision for your lifestyle.

I am so grateful for Dr. Arnold K. I first came to him in 2021 and now fast forward to 2024 I'm currently pregnant with twins and in just a few adjustments, he has made such a huge difference. I was at a point where I couldn't even walk a few steps due to all the pelvic pain, after the first visit my pain went away and I finally got a good nights sleep. He remembers you as a person and truly works on results that last long term. The overall office staff is genuine and even the front desk remembered me. I can't thank him enough for how much relief he's provided. October 2021: I was pregnant and have been going to Dr. Koo for over a month and each visit has been informative and helpful. I went until a week before I had my baby I have been getting severe rib pain due to pregnancy and it has helped significantly. In addition to that each visit he works on adjusting specific areas where I had pain. My delivery went smooth because I truly feel Dr. Koo helped with his expertise and care.

Highly recommended! This Chiropractic clinic is so awesome. Dr. H took an xray of my spine and found out exactly what was going on with me. I've been having breathing problems since giving birth and he could see my spine crunching the cords going to my lungs. Even after 1 adjustment I was able to breathe again! It feels so great having someone help me! I have gone to so many doctors who told me to "practice breathing". The clinic is conveniently close and has perfectly hours for my family. Dr.H and his receptionist are really nice to. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Mohamed was extremely informative. This is my first time coming to a chiropractor. He made me feel completely safe and comfortable. Very wide range of knowledge. Ironically, I live right behind his practice so I will be going every week to get adjusted. That being said, the prices are extremely fair. I def did not feel like I was being duped. He is great for the community and I’m glad that he is my neighbor! I highly recommend.
I am a bit upset. Six months before I went to see Good Chiropractic I went to my Doctor with a sore right hip, knee and foot. They took X rays, MRI, sent me to physical therapy and every time I brought up going to a Chiropractor they talked me out of it. In that six months my hip got worse and worse to the point by the end of the day I could barely walk or stand. The Doctor started talking about the S word "Surgery". I decided to go to a Chiropractor and my wife had gone to Good years before and was very happy with her experience. One thing the Doctor kept warming me about was Chiropractors want to sign you up for routine maintenance contracts, irony fades in they had me going twice weekly physical therapy, and blah blah blah. As soon as I walked in Dr. Good said I was standing crooked and leaning to my right side. He chatted with me on what was bothering me and gave me a 10 or 15 minute adjustment from my feet to my neck. When I left I didn't feel that much different but by the end of the day the pain had not gotten any worse. By the next day the pain in my right hip, knee and foot was 85-90% gone. My foot was a little numb and sore but usually by the end of the day I could not even walk or stand and this has been going on for 6 months. After 3 days my hip was about 90-95% pain free and as was my knee. My foot was still a little bit of an issue so I went back again and has since improved a bit as well. At know time did Dr. Good ever mention a subscription maintenance program. Up front he said I probably needed several adjustments and that should be enough and at most come back couple times a year as needed. I am upset with my Doctor and very pleased with Dr. Good. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. Please don't wait six month in pain like I did. I just took my teenage daughter there for hip pain today and am hoping she has a good experience also.

I was having discomfort in my leg and foot when I walked. I called Dr. Mike's office and got an appointment the same day. He made an adjustment for my particular problems and gave me some exercises and stretches to help my tight muscles. They have already helped my discomfort go away in just two days. Brought Fred in for allergies, red skin from scratching, and rabies shot. Everyone was so sweet with Fred, our terrier/dachshund/poodle/ Heinz 57 mix, with really bad anxiety, and a snapper. When Dr. Alexander came in and put her hands on Fred, he immediately stopped shaking. Incredible! She's been our family vet for as long as she's been at Alisal, and is very knowledgeable and kind.
My dog Polley received all the necessary treatments, and Dr. Chaudhri provided me with a detailed explanation of concerns related to Polley's behaviors. The team also offered helpful guidance on how to manage these behaviors at home, ensuring her well-being. Highly recommend!! Thank you AMCP
Great Office staff with good attitude and pleasant phone manners. The office is warm and pet centric. Waiting rooms have a couch for pet to sit with their human. The vets I have met in my short time since we transferred over are knowledgeable and spend time with the patient and their human to share information and updates on the findings.
They were able to cut my dog's nails upon calling. The staff was warm an very welcoming and super professional. We are clients of Bishop Ranch in San Ramon but they could not accommodate us at the time. Thank you Amador Valley.

Thai is an amazing talented person! I have been suffering from sciatica since 2019 where it shifted to both sides! I found Thai randomly and he has been able to relieve my sciatica pain and has helped the pain in my neck and back. The massage studio is super nice and clean, I cannot say enough good things about Thai and his studio!
If you are hard on your body, you get stressed and/or just need some effective body recovery and repair time, then Ludwig is your person. He knows the body’s neuromuscular structure and function extremely well. He finds muscles that need attention better than I can tell him where I need it. Seriously… best massage for your body that you will experience. It’s totally worth a try. I’ve made many referrals who agree with me. Everyone needs to recover, repair, rejuvenate and relax.
We saw a plate of candy and wenr in to grab one. A nice lady talked to us for a minute or two. Dont know about the massages at all but the candy was good

PN causes numbness in the fingers and toes impacting balance and fine motor skills.She is very personable, compassionate and attentive to your needs. She does research to prescribe the very best treatment and massage therapy to address your challenges. I am so grateful for all she is doing to improve my health on my road to recovery.

2nd time we went to this spot. Got lucky because we didn't have an appointment. Business is clean and nicely decorated for a zen experience. Therapists were very good. Could have appreciated a bit more pressure but it was still very relaxing. Pricing is in line for Pleasanton but they have promotions from time to time. Will return.
I have been coming here for a couple of years, and Ada is wonderful. I work on my computer all day and ride my bicycle a lot, so my back has a lot of tension and knots. Ada is a small woman with some strong hands, and she is great at getting out all those knots and helping me to relax.
Afterward, it is nice to just stroll around downtown Pleasanton, relax, and enjoy the scenery.
I highly recommend Aroma Day Spa, and their prices are also very reasonable. I will be coming here for the foreseeable future. Thanks, Ada!

In June I had an episode where I went to visit a Chiropractor for an acid reflux issue (foolish of me) for just a consultation and the lady who was a substitute literally broke my back, in the name of just examining. I was in so much pain in my lower back, thighs and gluteal muscles that I could barely walk. My doctor suggested I go to physical therapy, after two unsuccessful attempts, I came across Shalaka's website and called her immediately. My first session, I saw relief, by 5th session I was walking pain free. She used ultrasound therapy that started healing my tightened muscles in the pelvic and gluteal area. Shalaka was patient and listened to my concerns, the main thing she pointed out was how I was still in shock and trauma from that event and discussed in great detail how I have to overcome it. She used manual therapy to ease my muscles too and that really helped me. I am glad I found her and I highly recommend her to women who have pelvic issues, issues with tailbone, gluteal muscles, as well as lower back and back issues.

Highly effective! If you think medication is your only option, please try a few sessions here!! They do acupressure, cupping, acupuncture, they determine whatever you need and do it all in the same session.
I was sent her by my employer due to a work related arm injury. I had 6 sessions with EJ and she is amazing, sweet and knows what she is doing. My injury is completely healed as far as I can tell. I would definitely recommend Park Acupuncture to any and every one.

I've been a patient of Seishindo Acupuncture for almost 30 years including my two daughters when they were young. Miki's practice is highly professional, in her care for her patients, in keeping up with the state of the art updates of the field through annual training with her "master teacher" in Japan, and in the pristine cleanliness of the treatment rooms. She is also knowledgeable of Chinese herbology and complements acupuncture with herbs for a holistic approach. Seishindo Acupuncture uses a Japanese method and uses thinner needles. The approach is concerned with treating the root of the problems and not just symptoms. E.g. She treated my daughter around 4 years old for asthma and food allergies by focusing on strengthening her immune system. She does not take insurance but her rates are reasonable!
I have been in tremendous pain from a calcium build up in my shoulder tendon as well as a pinched nerve that was aggravated by being 5 months pregnant. I went to 3 ER rooms along with my orthopedic doc and to no avail I was still in excruciating pain. One session with Dr. Cheng has made me feel brand new and pain free. I will continue to see him for upkeep, because he made me a true believer in Chinese medicine! Thank you again
I highly recommend Dr. Danny. He amazes me with how just listening to you and feeling/assessing the area of pain, he can be so precise with his diagnoses of issue and plan of care. He figured more out than my MD and physical therapist in my mind. My issues of back and knee pain are either gone or much improved. He also gives a great massage as part of your care. You don't get that anywhere else I have experienced. I am an RN and have had acupuncture for tendinitis in my wrist from overuse at work. It cured me when PT and medication did not. My back is not great after years of abuse and Danny has gotten me in a good place. I came to him due to good reviews and have not been disappointed. He is a kind and generous soul. People drive from far away to see him. I think that says a lot.
They're great. They were able to get us in after about 3 hrs. Very kind and friendly, and definitely know what they are doing. Will be back!
