We had Tom and his crew do our entire renovation. Tom was an all inclusive contractor who handled every single little request we had and didn’t make it a headache or a constant back and forth. He understood our questions and concerns and always addressed them while doing the work. Tom’s guys are all great to have around and easy to talk to as well, they all communicate to each other. At no point did we feel anything but like he was doing a job for a friend not just a customer. We renovated the entire home, plumbing, and electrical. We hired Serrano Kitchen & Bath to do a whole house remodel. Tom and his team were the best! They remodeled three bathrooms including taking the master down to the studs. New hardwoods and tile have been installed throughout the house. Our staircase has been entirely redone. Every light was replaced, every wall was painted. Tom even put in an elevator and became familiar with ADA needs on our behalf. Each morning we got a game plan of what was on the schedule for the day and every evening our house was left tidy. Overall they made the whole remodel experience far easier than anticipated, I'd highly recommend Serrano K&B.

Tom and his crew installed new tile floors in our whole house. They did an amazing job and were a better price than all of the other quotes we received. Their process was a lot less intrusive compared to some of the other contractors processes and they were done in the exact time he quoted from the start.
