Bea is absolutely beautiful inside and out. She really cares about her clients and takes her time to perfect your brows. I had the Ombre Powder Brows done and initially was very nervous because I had never had any type of tattooing done on my body before. I got tired of spending so much time filling in my sparse brows every day, year after year and decided to take this plunge. She was so patient with me and my irritating perfectionism! She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and her office is really cute and very clean. Her prices are also very reasonable and it's easy to reach her through text messaging. If you're like me and are used to looking at your face in a magnified mirror, I suggest bringing one with you to your appointment because it helped me to see all the details as she mapped everything out on my face and helped to really fine tune how my brows turned out. Bea is conveniently located in Pleasant Hill near Taylor Blvd. and there is plenty of parking available. I absolutely love how my brows turned out and Bea is sweet and fun to talk to as she works! I love the vibe of this salon and she does a great job on listening to my ideas and giving me feedback. She did an amazing job! I felt pretty walking out of the salon.
Gina has always made me feel so comfortable from day one of me booking my lash appointment. I did not know much about lashes and explained to her what I was looking for and I was so amazed on my final results. I love my hybrid lashes and I’m very happy to be a client of Gina’s!

I love Yurani. She really takes good care of me, and her haircuts are amazing. I always get complimented on my haircut, even when I consider it a bad hair day. I've seen Yurani in the same Salon as my previous hairstylist, and was pretty sad when my hairstylist told me she's moving out of the state. She said try Yurani, and I am so glad she did. I always thrilled that I didn't have to go through trial and error with many other stylist.
Fluent in Spanish and English! Mr. Ugarte is a gem of a lawyer. Deeply honest, incredibly helpful. He was generous in sharing advice. Attentive, timely, responsive. I can't tell you how much I value his inputs on my case!
I would definitely recommend this practice, especially for those that have an extreme fear of the dentist or, have had a bad experience! I am not an easy patient, due to my fear - and have even been kicked out of a practice for failing to show up for scheduled appointments. I shared this with the staff at this practice and felt they took my concerns seriously! They were patient and gentle with me, while also being firm on how I needed to be more responsible with my oral hygiene. The office manager took the time to explain my treatment plan and the cost and even answered my numerous questions without hesitation! I'm pleased with the work and glad I was referred to this practice - I will definitely be going back!

Ana has been taking care of my hair coloring for over a year now - I actually followed her from her last salon because she’s that good!!! I always feel taken care of because both Ana and Kevin are professional, kind and accommodating. My husband gets his haircuts at Sky Salom regularly and is always happy with the outcome. Also, my adult daughter, who has long thick hair, got highlights and a perm at Sky Salon this past summer and she absolutely loves it! Rates are very reasonable! Ana and Kevin know what they are doing and it’s no wonder why they have such a big following!

My hair looks the best it has in forever, all because of Cynthia’s skills and experience. Cynthia blends the highlights and my grays and natural color perfectly. The shop is super clean and well decorated and I love the Kevin Murphy products. All the stylists here are kind and welcoming and it always feels like I’ve gone to coffee with friends when I leave.

If you want a SILK press Deborah is the best at it in the Bay Area!!! When I say SILK, I mean silk!!! Without any perm Deborah had my hair soooo straight! Everyone is friendly it’s not a crazy busy shop! I absolutely loved every hair wash and silk press w Deborah!! This is the most serene shop experience I’ve had. Every time I leave I can’t wait to be back!

I followed my hair dresser, Irene, here from her former salon. She says she is very happy at this location and I noticed a very friendly atmosphere inside the salon between all the hair dressers. Cute and very cozy location- lots of parking available as well! You should definitely check out this salon and ask for Irene!

Just had the best experience at Los Barberos! The vibes in the shop are amazing and all of the barbers are super welcoming when you arrive . I couldn't tell you about all of the barbers hair cuts but I can't recommend Marvin enough! I've had my hair cut by him numerous times and have always gotten compliments on my hair cut!
Thank you Kim for the beautiful gel manicure with a pretty leaf design for Fall! I appreciate how this nail salon provides fingerless gloves during gel manicures, to protect your hands & skin! I have also gotten pedicures here previously and was satisfied with the experience and results. I called for an appointment around 11:30am on a Tuesday and they were able to take me right away. It started to get a little busier around 12:15pm during lunch hour. This place is cash only but they also take Zelle. Place is clean and service is friendly.

This place was amazing!! I was looking for a good foot massage place in the area and they definitely did not disappoint! It was very calm and relaxing inside and dimly lit so it helped me be able to relax even more. My masseuse was soo good! It's like he knew where my pain was without me even saying anything. I feel so much better and was able to relax to the point of dozing off. lol definitely recommended!

This place is very clean and the Staff are so friendly. I am always able to relax here. They did me a big favor today by completing a set of gel nails for me. I was on a time crunch due to my lunch break so I was in quite the rush, unfortunately. My nails came out amazing and they gave me exactly what I asked for, no problems! You should definitely stop here and chat with the super kind nail techs here. I always leave with a smile on my face :)

This was my first visit. Nancy did not disappoint! I got a full set of lashes, gel nails, and a pedicure. I was in and out in less than three hours and didn't feel rushed at all. Nancy was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.
Charming salon in a safe, easy-to-access location. Customer service is quick, pleasant, and across the board from all staff members. You are welcomed with a sea of smiles, basket of quality treats, and a "help yourself" fridge of various libations. I've been in twice thus far and planning a third trip, always with an appointment. My mani/pedis have been well done each time. The spa is clean, ample, modern, and relaxing. Pricing is standard for the area as well. Avalon Nail Spa clientele are just as sweet as the staff, hands down. Frequent flyer couple with their out-of-state daughter visiting home paid for our services on their way out the door. Who does that in 2024...? Answer: beautiful, happy, generous angels who are in a warm, friendly space surrounded by like-minded spirits. Grateful. Haven't used the restroom or needed conflict/complaint resolution, so no comments there but I don't expect any surprises if I do. All positive. Off-the-street parking is also a plus.

I had a very comfortable pedicure today on a Friday. Not busy, able to be seen right away. The average price for area. It was the little things that set it apart: quiet and calm, air conditioning (104 outside), comfortable chair, very clean. Noticed and cared for a nail that would have become a problem later; corrected the color I had chosen from the chart as it appeared different. I was not paying attention so I'm so glad she noticed. The chairs have a support where you place your feet, that comes up and holds your leg comfortably while they scrub the heels and feet. I've never had this before. A very nice job and I was out the door in 45 minutes. I will be back.

Kashmir is the absolute BEST!I've moved to different cities in the Bay Area and I still drive 45mins to see her. I've been coming for waxing and facials religiously for about 6 years now. She is SO clean, detailed oriented and uses the best quality products on my skin. Before Kashmir, I never got facials done. I had little red bumps on my forehead that I was super insecure about. Also I was going to other waxing places that would be painful and would leave a rash and in grown hairs in my skin. I switched to Cashmere Skin and it was LIFE CHANGING. Within 3 sessions, my skin started glowing!! Red bumps all over my face and in grown hairs from waxing at other places started disappearing. She taught me how to take good care of my skin when I asked her and I followed it step by step! She NEVER tried to sell me on her products. She makes suggestions when you ask her and she is super honest with her suggestions. She truly cares about your skin and well being. Every time I walk in I let her do what my skin needs because I trust her 100%. She cleans everything very well between appointments so when you come in, everything is spotless. You lay down in this bed that has different settings for your comfort. I'm 8 months pregnant now and I we found a comfortable position to get my waxing and facial in. I usually wear a strapless dress so I don't have to change. But she has the little gown to cover up and be comfortable. Her sessions vary depending on your facial. The facial consists of extractions, amazing smelling products (I'm pregnant and still love them hahah) and a massage! PLUS the therapy chat if you like to talk like me (Not included in the price LOL). She is so good at adjusting to your personality. Sometimes I'm talking and some times I'm more quiet and she's so good at reading people and adjusting to your preference. I just love her :')! Then at the end you get water and you can ask her for any suggestions or products you need. She has such a sweet, calm personality but also she's super funny! As I've shared on my yelp review before, once you go Cashmere, you never go back!!! Go treat yourself! Ladies do not walk RUN to the Hello gorgeous salon in Pleasant Hill. Clearly the highest caliber of service and techniques are used in this salon today. Caley has been doing my hair with color and it's fantastic. Yesterday I had Rosie do my extensions and they're tremendous. If want to look good and feel good book your appointments now. They are extremely busy and that is for a reason. I'm a 64 year old grandma of six and I feel awesome!

Pari's facials are the best! My skin always looks and feels great after. I've been going to Pari for facials for just over a year now. On my first appointment she evaluated my skin and informed me that it was more dehydrated/dry than I realized, and she recommended the hydrafacial for my first visit, which helped. Last summer I was very stressed and breaking out a lot, so I went to Pari for the Anti-acne treatment to help get things under control. My skin has improved a lot and for my last two visits I got the Special holiday glow and October Pumpkin cleanse, both of which smelled amazing and were excellent. The facial experience itself is very relaxing. The bed is comfortable and heated, and the room feels cozy with relaxing spa music playing during the treatment. She also sells Eminence products, which have improved my acne-prone skin! I pay via Zelle, and there is always plenty of parking.
Marissa is great.I’ve been to multiple Other estheticians and Marissa is by far the best.Sugaring: Thorough. Minimal ingrown hairs because she pulls the hair out by the roots like you are supposed to and doesn’t break the hair. Never have irritation or injury to the skin. Not very painful because she has good technique.Good aseptic technique.Her studio is Clean, neat and sanitary.Book with confidence. She’s wonderful.

Evelyn is amaaazing! 10/10 recommend. I'm very particular as it relates to my beauty services and often will just not do them if I can't find a trusted place. Once I came across Evelyn, I felt like my eyebrow dreams were answered!! She's very kind, gentle and takes the time to understand what you want. She even gave me a great suggestion on how to fill in my brows, which I had never considered but now doing so makes them look so much better. The salon is so clean and very obviously cared for. Just had my first message ever and Spavia was an amazing experience. The entire staff was so welcoming and answered all my questions without hesitation. Andrew did my massage and he was fantastic! He checked if pressure was to soft or firm, was super nice, and asked questions to see how he could make sure he addressed the areas needing the most help. I have been debating about getting a tattoo, I dont like pain at all. After having so many conversations with Sam and the staff at Diablo ink they put me at ease. Sam was very honest and very professional with me as well as being gentle and making sure I was ok. I love the tattoo that he did for me very pleased with his work. My husband is against tattoos, for him to tell me it looks nice as well as putting a smile on his face tells me that Sam was awesome. My daughter wants us to do a mother/daughter tattoo we will have Sam to do that for us. I cant wait for my next one to be done by him. Thanks again Sam for being gentle and patient with me. I came in a week ago and asked for Nick. I saw alot of people's work by him so I thought I would check his work out. Amazing work. So I booked an appointment for tonight. He was very patient and thorough. My mom changed her mind last minute on a different design and he was very cool about it. No complaints, didn't look mad or anything. So my mom's got done. And she barely felt any pain. Mine on the other had were a bit more painful, but I got through all 3 pieces without a break (besides cleaning and stenciling the next one)
Nick has a very light hand (I've heard horror stories about artists with a heavy hand) anytime he went stood up to get something, he washed his hands and brand new gloves every time. He used atleast 3 to 4 pairs per tattoo we got. He changed out the barriers and cleaned everything thoroughly between each different tattoo. He made sure I was doing ok every few mins. My mom's took about 30 mins and mine took about 4 hours. He gave me a price quote and even though it took extra time because I chose to put 1 of my pieces in a different location and almost doubled in size, and my mom changed her design last min. He still honored the same price quote.
Also my tattoo went on until about 11pm. When they close at 9. He said as long as I was good to go, he was too. And he clearly didn't rush any of it. He took his time to make sure every single detail was in. And even after the tattoo he didn't even rush me to leave while explaining the aftercare. He went over it in complete depth.
I highly recommend this place. And Nick. I will definitely be coming back to him again!!

Ramiro and Ismael did a great job on installing new furnace and duct work. They kept us in loop the whole time on our preferences for ducts and more. Michael was our project coordinator and he was available the whole time whenever we need him for questions or such. He also explained a lot before starting the job so we can make informed decision on what we want.
Stranded with a non-heating oven until Steve from Hi-5 Appliance Repair correctly diagnosed the problem (heating element), provided a very fair quote, secured the part and expertly made the repair. It was a pleasure to meet Steve and very happy to have a great goto appliance repairman if the need arises.

Kyle cares about his work and wants it to be exactly the way you want it or he’s not satisfied. His prices are extremely fair. He’s always on time, and his work is very meticulous.I have had Foster construction complete multiple projects at my house. To include, Bathroom remodel, hardwood floors for the entire house, kitchen remodel, all new windows and doors. We needed some tlc for our aged redwood deck and team Lisa always goes beyond to ensure quality results. Together with Eric's excellent consult on deck repairs, this company is the perfect firm to address restoration and restaining. There was the added challenge of dealing with raining days. Lisa monitored for consecutive dry days and promptly contacts us keeping us spprised. Highly recommend - wouldn't think about using anyone else!
This company is one of a kind. The situation they dealt with seemed like a nightmare but these knights in shining armor take on the challenge and get things done. All seasons was great to work with. They came and blew insulation in my inner and exterior walls. They guys were helpful and thorough. After the install I found some insulation in my crawl space. We had dry rot under my home office. Wasted timbers, wet crawlspace, poor ventilation. Cash and the team gave us an accurate quote, and then did the work. It went faster that I expected, and they did a fantastic job! They paid attention to details, and did the job right. The workers showed up as promised, did their work, and cleaned up the site. The whole house is now in better shape, and the floors and timbers are good as new. We highly recommend these guys! Chris

Dr. Tuttle and her staff are amazing, they are kind, considerate and really listen to you. I am an anxious dentist goer and I have never felt more at ease in a chair then with her and Mica, who held my hand while getting injections and checked in with me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the whole time. With this incredible team of professionals from the moment you enter to the moment you leave you feel taken care of.
Dr. Helen, Ana, and the entire team gave our daughter a magical first experience at the dentist. I can't stress enough the amount of patience, care, and fun there was in the whole process -- and how much we felt like we were joining a family. Ana is just the best -- she really knew how to speak to our daughter was so caring. Dr. Helen just gets kids. She understood how important it was to engage with our daughter at her level. Our daughter can be shy, but talked in the car after the appointment about how much she liked the visit. The office seems to have gone through some major renovations and has great spaces for kids to play while waiting, too. So glad to have such a wonderful pediatric dentistry option in our community!

The office manager Natalie was so warm and professional on the phone and so efficient in getting my daughter and I an appointment to see Dr. Ibarra and was also amazing to us when welcoming us into the clinic! The hygienist Ruth was so gentle and thorough while working on my teeth and Samantha the RDA was so gentle and amazing working on my daughters teeth. Dr. Ibarra is so personable and has a terrific bedside manner. The whole team was amazing from start to finish, I highly recommend!
The office staff is friendly. I didn’t see the dentist. I rarely do. The hygienist was thorough but didn’t speak to me about my dental hygiene or the x rays that he took. It was an odd visit and maybe my last.

They care about you as a person and walk you through every step. They make sure you're comfortable at all times. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially for those that have an extreme fear of the dentist or, have had a bad experience! I am not an easy patient, due to my fear - and have even been kicked out of a practice for failing to show up for scheduled appointments. I shared this with the staff at this practice and felt they took my concerns seriously! They were patient and gentle with me, while also being firm on how I needed to be more responsible with my oral hygiene. The office manager took the time to explain my treatment plan and the cost and even answered my numerous questions without hesitation! I'm pleased with the work and glad I was referred to this practice - I will definitely be going back!

I can't rave enough about Dr. Britt. I had some ongoing pain for several months that was pretty bad. After three visits with Dr Britt I feel completely better. She is very good about connecting and on my second visit she remembered things we had talked about on the first visit. I felt very listened to, cared for and most importantly - I feel better. Going to go for regular maintenance from now on. She's a very nice person and a wonderful practitioner.

Dr. Laura Presnick is a miracle worker! I called to see if they had appointments available for new patients because I have lower back pain. They gave me a same day appt. I have lower back pain and have had for some time now (roughly 10 years). I've went to my PCP, urgent care, ER and no one has been able to help with my pain without pain meds. literally after only one visit I feel soooo much better. Its been three weeks since I've been able to stand up straight, and honestly after just my initial visit, I feel so much better! Dr. Laura Presnick was very gentle and very informative about every move, this is huge for people that have anxiety. extremely informative, caring, gentle and just all around an amazing person. I cannot wait to go again for my next appointment. The receptionist was great too, she explained how their office works as its a little different. Asked if i had any questions and walked me through the new patient paperwork. This office is truly amazing. You really notice when people genuenaly care about you, and I truly feel cared about with this Dr.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Griffin and the veterinary tech staff at SAGE Concord. We were directed by our local vet to have our 14 year old pitty looked at by a specialist for a potential spinal or neurological issue - they did such a wonderful job taking care of her and helping us to feel at ease during her treatment; options were carefully explained and questions readily answered. The documentation provided to support after care was thorough and easy to understand, and I loved that the overnight nurse caring for our pup during her hospital recovery sent us pics to show us how she was doing. For expert companion animal care, I would definitely return to SAGE and would recommend them.

Amber gives the best massages! She is so very skilled and such a calming presence. I had regular massages with her during my pregnancy. When I was past 38 weeks and approaching my induction date, I asked Amber to attend to labor pressure points, and sure enough, I went into labor naturally that evening and had a wonderful birth experience, avoiding medical induction. I’m certain that the unparalleled level of relaxation she created during the massage was the key. :) I am now having postnatal massages with Amber which are equally soothing, and I look forward to them so much. Amber always has the best advice to give on everything pregnancy and postpartum body care too. She’s just the sweetest person too! If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable massage therapist in the Bay Area, can’t recommend her enough.

What an absolute gem of a place! I'm so glad I decided to get a massage here for my birthday. My partner and I did a couples massage and was greeted with a beautiful lobby when entering the spa. We made a reservation an hour and a half ahead of time and was taken in right away when we came. No wait at all. When we entered our room, we had our own private room with soft music playing in the background and a heater. The massage itself was amazing. We had Nicole and Jessica and we both had a positive experience with both. They asked us multiple times if we were comfortable with the pressure which I appreciated. They added lotions to the massage which made me feel so soft and relaxed. They added a hot towel in the massage as well which was a plus. We both had a 10/10 experience and took us a couple of minutes to collect ourselves after that great experience. Definitely coming here again!
I would give more stars if I could! This was my first time going to acupuncture (although I've been to see Maria 6-7 times, now), and I went for severe pain my feet caused by neuropathy. I "believed" in acupuncture but since I don't fully understand how it works, I was just hoping it would sort of... do something. Dear reader, my feets are worlds away from where they were! I was incredibly numb with burning, also prone to stabbing pain, I broke my toe last year and didn't even notice, I've been searching and search and searching for shoes (sandals have been out of the picture for about a year). Enter MARIA! She is knowledgeable, really dug in to understand my symptoms, and has worked to put together a very effective care plan for me. After the firs time I saw such an improvement that if that was my feet for the rest of my life I would have been so happy! And it keeps getting better! I don't have enough good things to say. I've been recommending her left and right. Earth and Air, as a business, is also wonderful. Their office manager, Laura is friendly, helpful, informative, etc. The office is pretty and calming, you can book online... I love this place. Go here.
