Brandon did an excellent job of cleaning the white wall-to-wall carpet in my 2-floor townhouse. He called ahead of time that morning to let me know that he was arriving at 9:30. As a result of his thorough pre-spotting, all previous spots are gone. The furniture that needed to be moved had protection papers under all legs. Because the Kirby system removes a lot of moisture out of the carpet (along with the dirt), the carpet upstairs was completely dry by early morning of the next day and the carpet downstairs by the early morning of the third day. I rarely leave reviews, but this business deserves 5 stars! Our dog sometimes throws up on our light carpet leaving ugly stains throughout the year. Not only were the stains removed, our carpet and stairs look amazing! I appreciate the timely response and professionalism. I cannot recommended this please more! Thank you, Kirby Carpet Cleaning.
