I happened to run into Jonathan by chance while getting an estimate from Mr. Rooter plumbing (which I did not end up hiring) for a gas leak that was found after our condo building was tented for termites. One of our neighbors had contacted Jonathan, who is the owner of Premier Plumbing. He answered all my questions and as I watched him work on the neighbor's condo I decided to hire him to work on ours. He was able to track the gas leak and returned the next day as promised with his team and found the problem and fixed it. He was detailed and triple checked everything to ensure the work was completed without issues. He is definitely reliable and highly experienced. His price is very reasonable and he kept his word. I called on a Saturday morning about a leaking/pooling storm drain in our front yard and Greg and one of his wonderful crew members came out the same day a few hours later to look at the issue .
