This company was hired by the HOA and I was a little apprehensive at first, however Art was extremely transparent and helpful throughout this whole process. “Had a great experience with their water damage remediation/restoration service. We had a leak from our upstairs neighbors that affected our bedrooms. From first point of contact they were very quick to respond and offer to come out within an hour to do an assessment. Created an estimate very quickly. We had another 2 assessments from other companies but the reason we went with Servpro was that they had the most honest assessment, best explanation of the process, and no pushiness. Another big plus was that they give you net 30 terms to pay the invoice (so if you are having to pay out of pocket till insurance reimburses you, that’s great flexibility). They were professional and thorough with their work, and explained each step -getting approvals from me on how much invasive work was done (giving options for less invasive while explaining pros and cons). “One of the most honest and ethical guy we've ever met! We had a heavily stained mattress from a previous tenant and hired him to clean our mattress. He arrived within a reasonable time frame range. After trying to clean and deodorize our mattress, many of the stains were still visible. Even though the mattress was unsalvagable (not his fault as we had no idea how long these stains lasted until the tenant left), he did not feel comfortable taking our money, even though we still wanted to compensate him for his time and effort. It's really refreshing to work with someone who really values their quality of work. Super nice guy too!“

“Quality Environmental did a great job removing the asbestos in our home in 2 floor areas (mastic glue under linoleum). They gave us the best quote of anyone we checked with. Conrad was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly as they came up. They started around 7am and were done by about 2:30pm. We did not stay in our house while it was being done (although we could of) so we do not know what was happening or how it looked, but when we came back it was all gone and felt great to have it out. A bonus was they demoed the floor on top and hauled it all away. I would recommend them for sure!“

Asked all of them to use leak detection tool - leakalizer or similar only one knew what it was, one showed up, but his equipment was not working properly. Sent them home. The American Leak Detection was truly professional. They had their own patented tool that finds if pool loosing water within 15 min. They did the test, resolved my concerns got paid their minimum 4 hrs and were done. It is worth every penny. Money well spent because you know for sure if you have problem or not.
