“Vincent and his team are incredible, and came through for me last minute during a very stressful time. I’m a tenant dealing with a nightmare slumlord situation wherein I was left with exposed cavities/holes in my ceiling, etc., and had to have various mold and asbestos inspections last minute. They were very thorough and accommodating throughout. They did the proper testing and inspections that my landlords failed to do, which brought to my attention that I’ve been living with various types of mold, including black mold, and major water damage. Araceli and her colleagues were also great and very patient (I had a multitude of questions and calls. Hehe.). I definitely recommend them if you have any water damage and mold issues. “George and his team were super efficient with the work, and extremely responsive in the e-mails. He helped talk to my upstairs neighbors' insurance to get them papers and details of the damages and the repair estimates. After the work was done, they cleaned up nicely, and George came in himself and check to make sure things were wiped down properly as well. George even saw my situation with other parties insurance because they aren't trying to cover everything they should be covering and helped me out with accepting payments when I got paid instead of immediately after the work was done.“

“One of the most honest and ethical guy we've ever met! We had a heavily stained mattress from a previous tenant and hired him to clean our mattress. He arrived within a reasonable time frame range. After trying to clean and deodorize our mattress, many of the stains were still visible. Even though the mattress was unsalvagable (not his fault as we had no idea how long these stains lasted until the tenant left), he did not feel comfortable taking our money, even though we still wanted to compensate him for his time and effort. It's really refreshing to work with someone who really values their quality of work. Super nice guy too!“

“Quality Environmental did a great job removing the asbestos in our home in 2 floor areas (mastic glue under linoleum). They gave us the best quote of anyone we checked with. Conrad was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly as they came up. They started around 7am and were done by about 2:30pm. We did not stay in our house while it was being done (although we could of) so we do not know what was happening or how it looked, but when we came back it was all gone and felt great to have it out. A bonus was they demoed the floor on top and hauled it all away. I would recommend them for sure!“
