I had a complicated situation at my home with a leak coming from under the bathroom floor. Spent two days looking for a plumber to show up and everyone was too busy. I found and scheduled Americana whom came on the same day to do some initial testing. They were able to locate the exact location of the leak within an hour and then helped me though out the entire process of fixing the leak and repairing all the damage.Some highlights of my experience with Larry and his team at Americana:*Friendly, Professional, & Respectful*Every crew member who came to work on my home was not only friendly but also extremely respectful! They worked with COVID-19 protocols in place and wore face masks the entire time. They isolated the work area, put in filter machines and made sure no dust or contaminants made it out side the work area. They also installed carpet protection runners and meticulously cleaned up at the end of each work period. I literally was excited each morning when they arrived on time and felt that they really cared about doing the best possible job! They sure did deliver an exceptional job!*Expert Craftsmanship & Technical Knowledge*Larry organizes experts on his team to complete work on an organized scheduled pace. He has specific crew members complete each section of the work from demo to finish painting. There was seldom any delays in the process and I was able to pick out all the finish designs, fixtures, and floorings.Additionally, Larry and his team have a wealth of knowledge about obtaining permits from the city and dealing with my insurance company. Every step went smooth, he met with all inspectors and insurance adjusters personally. Because of his expertise and familiarity with the permitting process and insurance policies, I was able to have peace of mind though out the process. I'm a nervous nelly type person so I asked a lot of questions during the process. Each specialist on the team was very knowledgeable about their area of expertise and took time to answer all of my questions and*Respects Client's Budget*During the initial discoveries, larry was patient, listened attentively, helpful in answering all of my detailed questions, and very respectful of my budget and the insurance's cost analysis. He's been in this business so long that he gives great tips/advice about elements of the renovation that help me make easy decisions on all the upgrades. He truly is an amazing guy to have by your side during a stressful situation!*Frequent Communication*Larry was available by call, text and email at any time. He kept me posted with the progress of my repairs, all inspection dates, timelines for product supplies ordered, construction dates and times, and the full schedule from start to finish. I could not ask for a better type of communication, its was clear and precise. His Company was transparent about everything, which gave me the confidence to fully trust his team to complete the work as agreed.In the end, I feel VERY lucky to have found and worked with Americana. project. This is the second time that I have had the services of this company, my house has had two hidden water leaks just this year - ugh!! The first was under the garage slab and the second now was found in the attic. Both instances I was extremely please with the leak detection service. Americana came highly recommended by my plumber the first time and now after dealing with them on multiple occasions I feel I can now to also recommend them to others. They have a great team of leak finders.

When a water emergency struck, I contacted Americana Leak Detection and with in a short period of time they found the leak under my hallway/outside the bathroom. I hired them to also remove floor and fix the leak immediately. I was very satisfied with the work and overall customer service. All of this was done on the same day which prevented further inconvenience for my family inside the house. I will highly recommend them to others.
