“Heat didn't go on as scheduled at 6 AM. Checked out the thermostat and it was OK. Jeff Stuckert called me back between his jobs and explained the common furnace problems and how to find them on the circuit board under the heating section. Then he asked for me to send him the wiring diagram photos and found the fuse which could be the problem. It was. Heat went on and off in response to the thermostat. He really knows his stuff!!!I very highly recommend him.“

“I have used Atlas Heating for over 40 years. They have managed this last year to keep my 30 plus year old heater running although I do realize that its demise is approaching fast. When I finally DO get a new heater, it will be through Atlas. Their technicians are always willing to listen to any worries/concerns/problems I may have with my heater and fix it to the best of their ability in spite of the heater's age. They are always prompt and courteous and clean up anything left behind. Josh was my technician today and he went out of his way to explain what was going on with my heater and noticed one of the dampers to a duct was turned off so he fixed that as well. “We've been using Carol Flynn for many years. 20 years ago they installed a new Carrier HVAC unit in our 80 year old home which had the original furnace (no a/c). It has been a godsend with the hotter weather. Luis has been handling our service and he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and communicable. “United Appliance Repair had their technician come out to look at my oven which was not igniting anymore. I paid for their diagnosis fee. I was told they need to replace a part and will provide an estimate. Unfortunately, my oven is a old Wolf oven and the manufacturer does not sell the parts anymore. This led to a long delay in replying back to United for a part cost, which in turn did not allow United to provide a proper estimate. United contacted me and apologized regarding delay of estimate, due to Wolf Manufacturing, and offered a refund for service fee since they could not assist with repair since part is not available. Although my oven couldn't be repaired, United made sure I was compensated and was kind enough to provide a full explanation of the process. I would use United in the future since they have good communication, and great customer service.“

Every time I call to set up an appointment they are so accommodating, kind, and friendly. They've sent one man (Gary maybe?) out to the building twice and he's very kind, friendly, and super competent about whatever the problem might be. They are great about working around what works best for me (can be tricky with tenants trying to find times that they want their landlord coming into their unit with any kind of repair person), but Bullard always does their best to set up appointments for me. I'll keep using them as long as I own this building! They are the best.“
