“Shout out to Brian! We had an issue with a service and I left a vm. Brian called me back first thing the next morning. He allowed me to explain why I was slightly upset. He never interrupted, never made an excuse, he simply went out of his way to make things right. I myself work in customer service and my husband is a tech for a cable/internet/security company so we know mistakes happen. I also like to give credit where credit is due. Rather than leaving a bad review I want to let the company know I appreciate them making things right. Actually, they went above that as all I wanted was to not not be charged for a previous visit that was not handled properly. Brian is going above by returning in Spring to do a maintenance at no charge. Thank you for not only doing what's right, but also going above!!!“
