He will go out of his way to help you with your issue, and if there is nothing, or very little to be done, he will not charge a fee. Though we will always pay him something for his time and effort. At my father's house, we had a very perplexing issue and Jesse did an enormous amount of troubleshooting and couldn't resolve the issue. He referred us to a leak detection company and even spoke with them on the phone. The next morning, the company he recommended detected a leak with specialized equipment and we are now able to move forward with a repair. we had a different plumbing company prior to Jesse coming in, for the same issue. They simply told us they couldn't find a problem and left us hanging. Even though there was water coming up underneath the floorboards. Bottom line is...
