“We have used Grace Rooter and Plumbing on several occasions. Each time Jesse has been so extremely helpful, honest, and respectful. He will go out of his way to help you with your issue, and if there is nothing, or very little to be done, he will not charge a fee. Though we will always pay him something for his time and effort. At my father's house, we had a very perplexing issue and Jesse did an enormous amount of troubleshooting and couldn't resolve the issue. He referred us to a leak detection company and even spoke with them on the phone. The next morning, the company he recommended detected a leak with specialized equipment and we are now able to move forward with a repair. we had a different plumbing company prior to Jesse coming in, for the same issue. They simply told us they couldn't find a problem and left us hanging. Even though there was water coming up underneath the floorboards. Bottom line is... Jesse, of Grace, Rooter, and plumbing, is a man of great customer service, knowledge of his craft, and integrity. We most definitely recommend him and his service.“
