When I first inquired about replacing my 75-gallon gas water heater with an 80-gallon heat pump water heater, I was impressed with John Howe’s product knowledge and ability to understand my goals. (I was very particular with how I wanted it installed.) He recommended a solution and then helped turn my dream into reality. It was a complicated project that involved temporarily relocating our old water heater and demolishing a water-damaged pedestal. And while there were several twists and turns along the way that didn’t reveal themselves until after the walls were opened up, the Sweetwater Plumbing crew handled everything professionally. The installation was super clean which is what I really wanted. Can’t recommend Sweetwater Plumbing enough…and highly recommend heat pump technology to anyone looking to replace their traditional gas or electric equipment.
