Randy is very professional. Diagnost the problem with the help of fiber optic camera and found out our back flow valve was brokeVerified by the image. They said they could fix it the same day. Randy and Danny? worked all day and got the job done. They showed me the parts and the broken part. They did an outstanding job. Those guys deserve a raise! Joey and Alex came and fixed my toilet issue. I was quick and smooth. In addition, they had time to fix a clogged kitchen faucet sink in another apartment. They also jetted a drain pipe that needed cleaning.They were very professional and clean. Also, they brought cover for their shoes so your floor will not catch dirt.I always call them since they are reliable and on schedule. It was a great experience!

Let me tell you why I use Renowned Plumbing. So my new kitchen faucet lost a lot of pressure all of a sudden. I checked the water valve turned it off and on I still had a problem with the pressure. I checked the pipes no leak and I couldn't figure out what it was. I called Chris like I always do when I have plumbing problems and he sent a guy promptly the very next morning. The man comes in unscrewed the faucet hose connected to the faucet, sticks his key in it pulls out some junk. He screws it back on and the pressure is back to normal.
