This review is long over due. I have used PHD Plumbing for all my community plumbing needs. Mike is very customer service oriented and very reliable! The owner Tim offers fair prices for exceptional work!

We have used Tim Hoover for years, and he is brilliant. Not only is he always available to reach, but he shows up when he says he will and in emergencies when necessary. He's figured out some very complex plumbing on this 14k sf home. We have an RO system, soft water, and multiple sump pumps which he has had to work around/with and has figured things out every time. As the Estate Manager, I highly recommend PHD Plumbing and Tim.

I am the president of an HOA and we recently had a slab leak in one of our units. After hours we called PhD Plumbing, they dispatched Mike who confirmed there was definitely a slab leak. He said he would be at the property at 7am the next day to work on the issue. Not only was he there at 7am but he stayed until 11pm to get the leak contained. The following day, he was there again at 7am to continue to work, found the leak, repaired the pipe all the while cleaning up as he worked. It was a challenging job, Mike and his co-workers never complained, work through meals to figure out where the water was coming from. This was a tough one but they were determined.
