This is my second time going to physical therapy here and I came back because I get excellent care. The staff members are very pleasant and Meghan is so professional and competent that I enjoy going.

3/5/24 1st Rancho PT. The check-in process was fast and easy. They even have walk-in computer for self checkin. Always go 10-15mins earlier if it's your first time. The facility is clean, open and airy with a few select private rooms. The (Tyler, PT) was very informative. His explanation of root causes and possible detriment to your future health are very detailed. I Appreciate his vast knowledge in the field. His attentiveness is awesome and that sense of humor. Tyler took the time to explain each exercise and benefit. There is an app that they utilize where the PT can sends me my daily exercises. All in all great place!! Thank you

I went there to have therapy on my shoulder. Almost a year everybody was great. They asked you even what kind of music you would like to listen to. And they sat there with you and didn’t walk away and do other things. They showed how much they were concerned about your health and getting better. Megan and Roy are number one on my list.
