“Chris is extremely knowledgeable in his practice. Came in with some severe low back pain and nothing but the story as to how it happened. Was able to quickly diagnose what was going on with it after explaining how it happened and doing a couple stretches/movements. Was able to give me instant relief during my session and continued to gradually get better moving forward.
