Contacted Don at Aspen Cooling & Heating Tuesday afternoon, he came to the house Wednesday morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace within an hour. His charges for parts and labor were fair and reasonable. What I really appreciated was the fact that he fixed the problem and did not try to upsell me a new furnace by trying to convince me that the 30 year old unit need replacement.“
