We discovered a gas leak in the wall and the utility company shut off our gas, which turned into a multi-week ordeal. We got several estimates and Ignacio was by far the best. He had to come out multiple times, was always trying to find the most affordable solution for us and even responded when I texted on his day off. Highly recommend Thompson and Ignacio in particular!

Mr. Ramon was super timely (he came to my home after a different scheduled visit had cancelled), courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. A real top-notch experience with him and Ms. Ally in the office! Bravo!

We needed a water shutoff valve replaced before we could have our new dishwasher installed so when I called Thompson and asked for their next available appointment they sent someone the same day. Ramon was very nice and helpful. Communication was great to let me know he was on his way. I’ll definitely use them again.
