Great experience at this location, was looking all over the Bay Area for teeth straightening and a tooth implant, this location was the best. Michelle was welcoming and kind, as well as giving me a great breakdown of the best pricing options and was super helpful with explaining the treatment options available. Such good dental work here, has my teeth looking great already!

If I could give Dr. Connors 6/5 stars, I would. He removed my wisdom teeth this morning and I have spent all day thinking about what a positive experience it was. I had been booked for the surgery by my regular dentist but without a consultation, and due to previous reactions to medications, I was told general anesthesia was not advisable. This was what I was expecting when I went in. Dr. Connors talked me through my options and in the end we went with local anesthetic. He was friendly and personable the entire time and I felt completely at ease; I don't know if I've ever met a friendlier doctor. My husband and I are new to Total Health Dental Care. We have so far visited the Piedmont office and Rotunda Specialty Center. The dentists and the staff in both offices are very nice and accommodating! However, I am disappointed that they are not transparent and accurate about their procedure charges. My husband was told by their surgeon that he may need an implant and we wanted to know what is the charge for each segment in a complete implant procedure. The staff don't have the information which is surprising. The front desk lady told me she had to transfer me to their billing office which has no phone number and there is not a specific person I can talk to either....read full review
