“Srinika’s nutritional analyses and supplements have helped me with many health challenges the past few years. The most dramatic was a painful knee that had been difficult off and on for many years. Several months ago it had become quite painful whenever I went down steps (which I do daily). Srinika recommended avoiding certain foods, and also gave me supplements, which were from good sources. I really thought it was a long shot, but after two weeks I was most pleasantly surprised that the pain was gone! Her techniques allow her to look at a troubling situation; figure out probably causes; and then come up with methods to make things better. And they work! I’ll mention one other challenge… because of my aging eyes, I had difficulty driving at night and didn’t feel it was safe, so avoided night driving. Sometimes my daughter or a friend would pick me up, but mostly I stopped going to evening events and activities. After some deep dives with Srinika into possible causes, as well as taking nutritional supplements, I’m now able to do limited driving at night, for which I am grateful. And I think there’s a good chance that my eyesight will continue to improve!“

“I came to Tammy because I was having a hard time feeling satisfied after meals and felt overwhelmed at figuring out an actually healthy path forward to improving my eating habits post stressful life events (and not just listening to folk on Tik Tok). Over the course of our time together, Tammy helped me to shift the way I thought about food, promoting simple but effective steps to take after each phone call together. She listened to my concerns and prior frustrations from working with apps and coaches in the past and never once nudged any boundaries I set down. There was no such thing as a stupid question and Tammy made sure I had all the resources, answers, links, and videos I needed to be successful in forming better habits. I really appreciated that she worked with what was functional and accessible for me--on a budget, without a car, limited freezer space, etc. Instead of reminding me to scoop out my morning bagel like prior coaches have, Tammy asked each call what worked for me, what didn't, and what helped me to feel satisfied at each meal. Then we'd find one thing to improve--adding more color to each meal or adding a "sprinkle" like sunflower seeds or olive oil to help a meal reach its full nutritional potential. I also never felt like I was on my own in anything Tammy suggested I try. Gotta make my own broth this week to cook with? Here are great places to get bones, here is a recipe to do it, here are instructions for your instantpot, etc. Want to start incorporating more fish into my diet? Here are 3 brands for tinned fish, a local catch market for seasonal choices, and recipes. I was able to develop sustainable, long-lasting healthy habits by working with Tammy and I find myself continuing to grow with her guidance even though our sessions together are over. After absolutely refusing to put chia seeds in anything for our 15 weeks together, the other day I ate them willingly because I thought "Tammy said these are good for me and I haven't had them yet." This was the shift I was looking for and I'm so thankful for Tammy's warmth, knowledge, and support. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.“

“My lower back was so out of place I couldn't jog from a walk and had a couple acute pain freeze and panic moments.I knew immediately I needed Dr. Eva! I've trusted her completely for over 10 years.This morning at 10am ... she worked her magic (rather scientific chiropractic & kinesiology that still feels like magic to me) and I played tennis for an hour at 11:30am.I stretched carefully at first ... felt not a hint of pain ... and I played some great tennis today without missing a step.I trusted I would be able to play tennis today. Even though I couldn't jog, stretch, or twist without some intense and frightening pain.Getting better is awesome!!Knowing you have an answer that works ... priceless!! ?❤️“
