His work is clean and the new outlets he set up for us have completely solved the problems we were having before. He was communicative and stayed flexible even when we changed our original plans. He also spotted an unrelated issue with our water heater while he was working, and made sure to take photos and outline the issue for us so we could address it. “Long overdue review from the vapor barrier shield job Element performed in mid May 2024 for my home. The crawl space was a total and complete disaster zone. Moldy water, nails, and trash. Jorge was an excellent supervisor and the owner Mac was very hands on in setting up the appointment as well. They removed all the trash which filed an entire van, cleaned up all the moldy water and laid down the 20 mm vapor barrier shield which is the thickest option they offer. The team worked pretty expeditiously and the communication was good. I was worried about possible mold due to the water that was there and the company was good about working with me to ensure we didn't have any issues before the vapor barrier shield was laid down. I think the value of the work is also good. I noticed a small corner is missing some tape and called today to speak to the owner Mac who is sending a worker to the house on Monday to tape it up. It's hard to see every nook and cranny of the crawl space so I really appreciate the excellent customer service, especially since their warranty is 10 days after the service. I really like that the owner stands by his service and is willing to send someone to finish anything that was missing. Thank you Jorge and Mac. Recommend this company as a honest one to deal with for vapor barrier shield needs. They did a great job cleaning out and laying down the shield for my crawl space - see pics!“

“Harry Clark Plumbing came out and an estimator gave me an estimate to replace gas my furnace. I compared the price to a couple of other companies on Yelp and their price looked good and they answered my questions. We made an appointment and their team came out and replaced my furnace in just a couple of hours. I got a building inspector myself to come out to give me a permit for the new furnace. The inspector took just a few seconds before signing off on the permit.“

“This review is for a major HVAC upgrade we did with them in 2021. I really appreciated their detailed back and forth on system design, which allowed me to focus on energy efficiency and comfort (we had them install a variable speed heat pump system). The work was done in schedule and with a lot of attention to detail. All the air vents were redone, which meant enlarging holes in the floor. Something that's potentially messy but came out really nicely. There were only two hiccups: 1. They initially installed the wrong thermostat. A variable speed heat pump needs a specialized wall controller. After I noticed that, they sent a senior technician to have it replaced. 2. Despite being listed as a BayREN contractor, they failed to apply for the rebate for me and even after a lot of prodding, they just didn't do it. It seemed their office staff was completely overwhelmed and their leadership not paying enough attention I still use them for annual service and friends have had great experience with them. I would have given them five stars if not for the rebate debacle.“
