“Beyond expectations! My third project with Challenge Rooter was the biggest yet: to replace and upgrade the drainage system from the back patio, through the yard, to the street. PLUS during the same 3 days replace approx. 115 ft. of old clay pipe sewer lateral, including permit and inspection fees, excavation, proper traffic control, necessary concrete removal and replacement, replacing city WYE connection, obtaining the sewer lateral compliance test, off-hauling debris, cleaning work area, and more than can describe here. Basically, everything that needed to be done was done well! This was a relief, as my abundant past experiences with contractors, plumbers and other professional services often required me to keep a close eye to avoid pitfalls. With Challenge Rooter, Chebo the owner, Rosa and staff in the office, and the highly-experienced teams of workers maintained clear communication throughout the process, were responsive to any questions I might have, and the scheduling was precise. The big equipment came and went on time exactly as needed. The scope of project was clarified at the beginning, and the price and timing was completed as agreed. I could not be happier.“

“Francisco and his team are amazing tree removal experts. They are hard working, professional, punctual and efficient. Their pricing is also probably the best quote you'll get although they don't do stump removal. To have insurance over your project you'll contract with Encinal Tree Service but Francisco will.run the project. If you go without insurance you may be able to sub contract him directly for a discount. He came almost immediately upon calling for an estimate, with his daughter, he is a hard working family man. They did a massive pruning of a 80-100ft eucalyptus as well as removal of 2 acacias and crown pruning of a loquat. I'd hire him again for sure.“

“Jesse and ethos built did an awesome job with our custom built in banquette seating. The workmanship is high and they did the job at a very reasonable rate. We had some challenges around schedules and timing but all in all I would definitely recommend ethos built if you're looking for any sort of carpentry / cabinet work.“

“A2Z just completed our kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Communication with our team, led by Dror, was excellent throughout the project. They were super-responsive, often answering our texts or emails within minutes, and were completely transparent about plans and schedules. Eduardo, who was working at our house nearly every day, was excellent from both a technical and artistic perspective, worked extremely hard, and was always friendly and accommodating. When our butcherblock countertop fabricator/installer, a contractor not associated with A2Z, made errors that delayed the project by nearly 2 weeks, our A2Z team did everything possible to make up the lost time and finish our kitchen by the end date they had promised. There were never any surprises or hidden costs; in fact, when challenges popped up, they came up with and carried out elegant solutions, at no extra cost to us. Our kitchen is gorgeous, and we will happily hire A2Z again for any future remodeling in our home.“

Rami and his office communicated with me the entire way through. They were very patient with my aunt and careful to clean up after themselves. The attic looks great (from the pictures they sent). “Absolutely top notch. The Bay Area is filled with shoddy contractors who take ages to do mediocre or poor work. All Seasons is a bit pricier but is absolutely worth ever penny. They are professional, fast, efficient and do top quality work. My driveway looks incredible and the process (though a bit delayed due to the weather) was seamless and easy. They also did my foundation retaining wall several years back and also did outstanding work. If you want it done right, All seasons is the contractor to go with.“

“We reached out to Eric for a quote and he was quick to respond and gave answers to all of my questions. In the end we choose to not use concrete for our driveway project, so we did not hire him and his team. I think they would have done a great job, we just went in a different direction.“

“I had bought a new prehung front door and had M 7.24 Builders installed and painted it for me. They did a great job. I also had a leak issue with my bathroom air vent. M 7.24 was able to diagnose the issue after cutting up section of my ceiling in the bathroom. Turns out to be a corroding vent duct. They were able to replace it and patch up the ceiling with the same texture and paint it. I would recommend this company for any repair and remodeling around the house. “Anderson and his crew were a delight to work with. We wanted a complete remodel of our old kitchen. Anderson helped us develop our design ideas. He is an excellent communicator and the design that we ended up with was exactly what we wanted. They got to work on schedule and were professional and thoughtful of us as we remained here in the house during the remodel (and I had a total knee replacement right as the project began)! All the workers took great care to keep their materials organized and mitigate noise and dust. They were all hard-working and skilled. The end result is a beautiful, functional kitchen.“
