In business since 2009, fully insured and certified, we also use thermal imaging when needed. If the seller agrees to fix any issues that were found, I will reinspect the property FREE OF CHARGE IN THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY!!! Crawlspaces under the home are excluded, There are NO other inspectors I know of who will offer this deal, they typically charge at least $250+ to go back and check!!! I AM FREE!!! Swimming pools are also included in the price, other inspectors usually add $100 for the service. My phone is turned off during an inspection so I am not interupted and can give my undivided attention to the home so texting is the best option, all calls are returned when inspections are completed.
