Luis is amazing at what he does! He checked every little detail of the property and provide detailed description + solution if there is any maintenance or safety issue. We feel safer and at ease with his inspection report in our hand. I had a lot of dumb questions and Luis always took his time to explain what the issues were and what solution we could approach to resolve the issues.
