Sunshine Foundation Repairs

Reached out to sunshine because I was hearing crackling noises coming from around our home and it raised a huge concern thinking of our foundation. Our floor were buckling and we were having different issues. Our inspector was Golan that came out and he found out that we had a bursted copper line that was spraying the sub floor from the crawl space and that was causing the floors to buckle because of water damage. I appreciated his honesty and time and he did not even for second try to sale us on something that was not needed. Thank you

I’ve always had issues with finding trustworthy and knowledgeable people to work with. That’s why when I met with Sam and the sunshine team I was very relieved. It was like a breath of fresh air. Most of the time someone will come to your house and try to sell you something you don’t need. I never felt that way with sunshine foundation. They truly are a gem in this industry full of con artist. Thank you Sam, Joe, Diana, and Ram. You all made my experience that much better.

Outstanding service sunshine provides. I was approved for the EBB program and reached out to few companies for estimates, sunshine came in as the most reasonable and fair in pricing. Inspector Golan also added a few post replacements as part of the deal. The crew that worked on the repairs were amazing and super respectful. All around A rated company highly recommended!!
