I have been many places to have Charlie where they left him with bald spots, cotton balls left in his ears, and even not cutting his nails when they said they did.<br><br>Puppycut grooming has done nothing but exceed my expectations giving what we experienced in the past. They have always given me great information on how to maintain my dog’s fur. Charlie is a Golden Doodle which we do keep his fur fairly long and we want to keep him from matting.<br><br>My dog loves coming here and he gets super excited when we bring him. He knows once we get close to PuppyCut, he somehow knows where we are going. The crew here is so friendly all the time. I would highly recommend bringing your pet here. “Christina took care of my dog like he was her own. I've taken him several other places and there was often an issue. The last time I took him to PetSmart they gave him back to me completely wet. They didn't dry him off at all. And I paid to get his nails done. They did a horrible job on his nails. I was not happy. I'm 100% happy with the job Christina did. She did everything I wanted done. Was very gentle with him. And I definitely plan on coming back again in the future for sure. Would highly recommend bringing your dog here.“

“We've been coming here for at least a year. I'm not sure the exact length of time, but I mention this because I'm prefacing this review with a TBD. These allergy injection treatments take a couple of years to see results, so we're still waiting to find out if it works. So far, I've been really pleased with the following things. 1. The staff are always super nice and helpful. 2. They have a phone number where we can text pictures of our dog's breakouts so the doctor can look at it quickly without us having to drive an hour round trip to come in. 3. They are the only business in the area that still requires masks, and as someone who is still experiencing symptoms from having covid once, I really really appreciate this! My pitbull has really serious skin issues, and the medications they have prescribed have cleared up the issues in the short-term which is great. We're also on the injections, which are longer term, and this is just for her allergy issues. We have a different vet for everything else. Luckily all of the treatments we've gotten here have been covered by pet insurance, so I feel lucky we've found this place.“

“This office has blown my expectations out of the water on so many different levels. The easy, online booking (even has a new patient), the front desk, the tech, the vet, happy visits?!!! 10/5 stars. My dog has been traumatized by his past vet therefore has become aggressive and fear ridden upon entry. Erin was our tech and she was SO patient and kind to my dog. Offering him treats, getting on his level, talking in a calm, warm tone. She really tried to get him to warm up to her while still protecting herself from his fear. The vet who came in to do the exam was just as amazing! As a team they worked hard to get the exam completed while also trying to keep him comfortable and calm. By the end of our appointment my dog was able to allow Erin to give him vaccines and do what she needed to do with no strain! They also have HAPPY VISITS! If your dog is scared of the vet, they allow you to bring them in during their lunch hour so they can get pets and be shown around without being a patient. This allows the dog to overcome their fear of the vet and disassociate the "scary" things that happen there. Aggressive dog or not, COME HERE! I'm so thankful to have found them!“
