Absolutely the kindest people when it comes to my pets. My cat was just a giant clump of hair. These wonderful ladies went above and beyond to get him back to his old self, and handled him with great understanding and compassion. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know who need pet grooming. These ladies are a blessing

Sabrina was fantastic! I sent her a request for consultation last night, and she fit Charlotte in as a last appointment! She also sent me multiple alternatives should that appointment not panned out. Excellent customer service. Charlotte got a lion cut and there are a couple of spots that aren't cleanly shaven, and the mane is a little uneven. However, I'm pretty sure that was due to me being in the room and physically comforting Charlotte, and I'm sure that was distracting and took some of Sabrina's focus. Will definitely be going back!

Never thought I'd own a "haircut" dog, so when the ball of fluff that is a Pomsky came along I was not fully prepared! Thankfully Tails & Bows takes care of my little guy with no fuss or muss (for me at least), and we can usually go about 8 weeks between clips now, which is awesome. Only pet peeve is the cash only payment, but it's a small price for great work.

Our hours may say open but we might be full for appointments, please text or call and give us up to 2 business days to get back to you, usually less than that!
