I am very pleased with Charlene's grooming! I just moved to the area and I have had so much trouble finding a groomer in the area. I have tried 3 places and they all gave my pups scratches and cuts. My pups are very squirmy when it comes to grooming and Charlene was so patient with them! She was very punctual and had my pups looking amazing! She communicates really well. Lulu and Tina were so happy after their grooming they loved Charlene! I have never seen them so calm after a grooming. The best part is that she doesn't keep them in cages. I reached out requesting a service that turned out not to be offered. Instead of blowing me off, they took the time to recommend a different business who did. It made it so I didn't have to take a bunch of time hunting it down on my own, and I feel like it was a great example of customer service without a transaction. If I ever need a groomer that falls under their scope of expertise I'll absolutely go here.

Charlene and her team are incredible, our oldest Rocky has rear hip issues, and she takes and gives him so much TLC while he's with her, he feels so loved and happy while he's with her, and when we pick him up, he's happy and looks beautiful, highly highly recommend, you won't be disappointed, and if you do have an issue, please let Charlene know immediately, to often people use Yelp very passive aggressively, when all they need to do is speak to the business about concerns, so they get handled i a positive, professional and respectful way, instead of being passive aggressive and making comments on Yelp when all you need to do is be honest and assume the best intentions,...read full review
