“Loving these workouts so far. 30 min and you’re done, with having done everything you need. More weights than cardio in these high intensity workouts which I’m liking. It’s a class workout and I really enjoy doing classes. Each person gets their own station per workout and the concept of the weights system is really cool - I don’t know how to explain it. I also really like the fact the room is dim, it’s a vibe. Coach Mike is meticulous and will guide you through the workouts and make sure your posture is correct! ????“

“Great private gym. Tucked away behind a AAA towing office at the back of a nicely kept commercial occupancy. Down a long driveway located towards the rear with limited parking for about 8 cars. Very clean and friendly staff (DJ). I went there for a kids strength and conditioning class for an hourly session. Great for kids and highly recommended.“

“Good gym to exercise and maintain good health, various machines for every taste and need, there is a swimming pool, sauna, you have courts for: dance, sports, boxing, etc., trainers for a fee, food and soda machines for a fee, it has wardrobes (it carries your lock), showers, etc., everything is neat, I would like to have a steam sauna, there is good service, there are parking spaces. I recommend it.“

“I like L.A. fitness classes especially Zumba with Severo M at the Sepulveda one, Aqua Fitness with Annuel at the Universal Studio and I can continue naming many more. The facilities are comfortable and clean and the machines are in great condition. One thing I would like the managers of some facilities to improve is keeping the wet areas, especially the sauna clean reinforcing customers to use appropriate shoes for it and not walking or running tennis shoes.“
