If you are looking for a gym that offers all the top equipment, HIIT classes plus a lot of other perks all in a very friendly, family-like environment, then this is your place. The gym is hidden in the industrial area of Valencia.Tina is our trainer and she is excellent. Not only is she fun, she is very attentive to our form...and she pushes us way past our limits. The gym also has 2 infrared saunas that are available 24/7. The entire gym is available to use 24/7. That is a huge plus. It is not your typical super busy gym. It meets all my needs and then some. I highly recommend this gym. It has a very unique vibe that does live up to its name of Mind Body and Soul Fitness.

Six months ago I had a very high reading of triglycerides and wanted to change my lifestyle with regards to both diet and physical activity. I was looking for a personal trainer/small gym and found Mind Body and Soul fitness (MBS) after thorough research. I liked it how Jason, the owner was not trying to sell me anything and asked me to come just try out. I really liked the way he listened to my needs on prioritizing health first. He crafted a personal training program to fit my fitness level and was very supportive through my journey. Within 3 months, my triglycerides dropped to half of what it was.
