“Omg! Where do I start? When I moved out here 3 years ago, I had been doing Pilates for a few years. But I had recently had surgery so I was rusty again. I searched for a Pilates studio that was like the type I learned "Joe Pilates" style. I couldn't find anything I liked. My husband had belonged to LA Fitness for years, so he continued at the Golden Valley gym by our new house. I would go every once in a while but I really am not a gym lover...I was a Pilates lover. In September 2018 the Golden Valley La Fitness opened a Pilates studio. When my husband told me I was immediately in there to try it out. It was amazing !! Exactly the type of Pilates I had grown to love, Joe Pilates style . I signed up for unlimited classes and I have probably gone everyday for about 85% of the time. I love the staff. The manager, Cassie, is wonderful. She's professional and yet she's like a friend also. The teachers are THE BEST, Lisa, Tiana, and Vanessa, just to name a few!!! I love all of them. I will always be a member of LA Fitness for just this reason. I'm getting back in shape and I feel great. Thanks to the teachers and staff and LA Fitness for adding this amazing studio. My life is so much more complete now!“
“Love this place!!! The instructor (Christina) is so amazing and welcoming especially for a first timer like me. The only thing i don't like is how sore I am the next day lol. Definitely recommend just beware you will be sore the next day but it's so worth it!!“
