These guys are super professional and incredibly polite and courteous. The entire process of repair to install was super smooth and very well handled. My wife and I are incredibly pleased by the work and incredibly thankful that we found Encore and were able to do business with Encore.<br><br>And I have to mention they also installed a halo 5 water purification system. “Integrity Air took great care of us! Our upstairs air conditioner (which never worked well) broke during a recent heat wave. The temperatures were in the 90's inside the house. Due to construction downstairs we were living exclusively upstairs. The high inside temperatures were miserable. Integrity Air came out the same day and within 3 days were in our home replacing our old unit along with the poor upstairs ducting.
