Needed a hard-to-find igniter for an older Rheem air handler/heater unit. It was a pleasure to work with Vince to identify the correct part via phone, text and photo verification. Vince was able to locate right away. I could've picked up the same day at Temecula warehouse but opted to visit the Murreita store where it was shipped the next morning. The gentleman who helped me was also very courteous and professional and offered great installation and safety advice. Thanks so much DIY.

Went in thinking we needed a new gas hose for dryer when the kind gentleman at the counter gave us all the info we needed to troubleshoot our problem and was able to fix it ourselves. Great service with knowledgeable people. Will go here for all our appliances from now on. Mahalo!!

This place rocks! Victor and Vincent are awesome. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. And the prices are fair. I would absolutely recommend this place. Don't bother going anywhere else.
