“This is a review based on my experience with John in 2023. John came on a short notice to repair our leaky kitchen drain connection. The metal pipe fitting in the wall was old but serviceable. The metal nipple screwed into it however was rusted and crumbly. John made a repair assessment that was cost effective and yet of dependable durability. He was meticulous with the main repair job and reworked surrounding disposer pipe connections that needed some attention. His fee was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.“

Dave was persistent and persuasive in getting the necessary supporting documents and, ultimately, the permit. He and his guys did a fantastic job on the project and the communication was excellent. “My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day.Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try! I really appreciate Keith's customer service and workmanship. Keep up the amazing work!“

He was able to pull the required permits from the city and he was able to address the questions the city officials had to approve the permit.They were able to complete all of the above said work in a little over 2 weeks as promised.The cost of the project was reasonable pricing comparing with the other contractors and lower than some of the quotes I got. I gave 4.8 as few of the material costs were higher but that is very small percentage of the whole project.A minor issue popped up of the work they have done at the bathroom sink which is not related to their job but Jose was able to take care of that without any additional charge.See before and after pics“
