“I was actually wanting to use a small business local in Alameda but the one I called didn’t offer a post protection as Stanley Steemer did with Deodorize, Clean & Protect and since I have 2 large dogs, went with SS even though they were initially higher in cost. After they arrived and Oscar looked at what needed to be done, he mentioned the cost would be less than what the website had for the initial quote.

I have course accepted and in about an hour, they finished two rooms and two staircases Nice and quick and it looked great I would definitely use SS again.

“I hired Extreme Clean to clean the house in preparation for staging and listing on the market. They did a very good job getting everything clean including the windows. In addition to a thorough general cleaning, we also had them do a deep cleaning of the entryway tile, which was about 35 years old and the tile in the original bathroom from 1957. Both floors came out really well. The entryway had about 1/4" grout, which was restored to its almost original color and the bathroom floor was the cleanest I had ever seen it. It may not be cheap, but they certainly us our money's worth.“

“Javier came back a second time and did a treatment for pets, which took care of the odor and was greatly appreciated. However, the new tenant already complained about the carpet being dirty & sticky. They sent pictures of their feet after walking on the carpet barefoot along with a moist toilet they said they wiped on the carpet?! Anyway, we are going to try for one more cleaning if Javier thinks it will do any good. We shall see... *Also in terms of rating overall, I would really give a 4.6 star and only because my one baseboard took a lot of moisture and deformed as a result.
