Outstanding customer service! I am always so pleased with the outcome of my Persian rug. This is the second time I have used H Tulanian & Sons and have referred them to my friends and they too are happy! Wonderful place! Very highly recommend!!

Sent all my Persian and Turkish rugs to Tulanian for the 20 years I lived in Berkeley. Always had great cleaning results and excellent service. I now live in Sonoma but plan to bring some rugs to Tulanian soon. They are better and more reasonable than anybody in the North Bay. I never found them 'dismissive' or 'rude' or anything but professional. They are not the gushers or glad-handers that some people seem to prefer. These guys work very hard doing something most others do not want to do or don't know how to do properly anymore. Sorry my rugs are a bit dirty for photos. Soon to change, thanks to the Tulanians.
