Sandra has been keeping my face and eyebrows as ageless as possible!Sandra has provided monthly facials which include exfoliation in the form of dermaplaning ( gets rid of my dry skin, hair, and acne), eyebrow attention (waxing and shaping), and chemical peels (as needed).I look forward to my appointments. My skin feels so smooth and I get compliments by friends and acquaintances. She is a good friend as we have known each other for 16 years while she has attended to my skin.I would be hard pressed to find a replacement!

We needed to replace our composite shingle roof and we got Roof Right's name from our neighborhood message group. A lot of people recommended them. Their office happen to be in our town too. Steve came to give us an estimate and he provided a lot of good information about what they do, the GAF products they use and the great GAF warranty. Their price is also reasonable. After the meeting, I contacted him a few times with some questions and he was always available. Two months later, their crew started working on our roof. Everything went smoothly and there was no surprise. They finished the job in less than 5 days and cleaned up everything before they left. The new roof looks great and we are very happy with their work.

This is a review based on my experience with John in 2023. John came on a short notice to repair our leaky kitchen drain connection. The metal pipe fitting in the wall was old but serviceable. The metal nipple screwed into it however was rusted and crumbly. John made a repair assessment that was cost effective and yet of dependable durability. He was meticulous with the main repair job and reworked surrounding disposer pipe connections that needed some attention. His fee was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.
I had a very good experience at this place. Called in during evening for full body spa. The lady responded politely and arranged it quickly. The staff was professional and attentive to my needs. The massage I received was just what I wanted. They adjusted the force based on my feedback and made my neck feel so much better from working all day. . I highly recommend Wellness spa to anyone looking for top-notch service. I will come every week for my post work relaxation.

I had my first massage at Total Reflexology Studio recently, which was so enjoyable that I went back again a few days later. I got a 60-minute foot massage both times, and both were heavenly. The massage starts with a hot water soak for your feet while your face and scalp get a mini massage. The rest of the hour is focused on your tootsies and legs. Pretty sure I fell asleep both times, which is partly because the chair is sooo squishy and comfy. All this for a very reasonable $50. I saw another reviewer who wasn't thrilled about the fact that the massage therapists answer the phone during your massage. That's true - if both therapists are working at the same time, one of them will answer incoming calls. It's at most slightly distracting, but given that this is a very small operation and (again) low cost, it didn't seem unreasonable or objectionable to me.
Joe's team came in last Friday to clean our restaurant in downtown Oakland and they cleaned our windows, kitchen, and dining room area. They did a great job coming in on time and leaving nothing behind. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Gave three men’s pants for alterations and hemming and they did a great job! Neat cuts and stitches. In comparison to price, they are slight more expensive than Saks or Nordstrom but the proximity to Lamorinda makes sense for the small markup.
Raina is an absolute gem!! She is the lead esthetician and has an excellent and extensive knowledge in all things skin and even a med spa background. I drive 35 mins to see her and she is always so accommodating which makes it easy to get in with her despite my busy schedule and the commute. I go to her for all my skin care needs & trust all her product recommendations - she has transformed my skin from combo oily/dry flaky and acne prone to smooth and glowy! I finally feel confident with my skin even without makeup on. I have gone to her for facials, chemical peels, & the latest oxygen therapy for my skin. Even in times where I haven't been able to come in- I am still able to maintain my skin and keep it beautiful with the medical grade skin care she has recommended me & have been able to purchase in store with her so she can walk me through the every day essentials and weekly at home treatments for my skin. When I step into her facial room I am instantly relaxed- she is very clean & organized down to every detail from lighting to a heating pad already warm for me to lay on. She describes every step in detail and educates me on why she is doing what she is doing and what the products are doing for my skin. Raina is my esthetician for life! Lol. I wish I could book my future appointments ahead of time for the whole year or even just 6 weeks in advance- but unfortunately the scheduling is through the front desk and not Raina. I suggest pre-booking with Raina as far out as you can before you leave because her schedule books quickly in just a month's time.
Our retaining wall project was pretty straightforward, but the town made getting permits quite difficult. Dave was persistent and persuasive in getting the necessary supporting documents and, ultimately, the permit. He and his guys did a fantastic job on the project and the communication was excellent. We are super happy with our new wall and Dave was very enjoyable to work with.
I signed up to the trial while visiting a friend in Moraga and loved it! Whitney was the trainer I had the most and she was awesome. So welcoming and friendly, always making sure I was pushing myself. Together with Billy they brought the vibes and had great playlists to keep you motivated. I was there for a week and felt like I'd been part of the crew for ages. Couldn't recommend more! Such an awesome team!
Good and honest. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. We have 6 cars in my household. When we need a repair, we just drop off the car and he takes care of it. We pick it up, pay, and go. We know it’s fixed perfectly and we know we are not over charged. Highly recommended.
Went to Dr. Halvorsen group for 4-5 years before I moved away from the area. This is one of the better dental experiences you will have. The entire office staff is always so friendly every time I visited.
