I had my first massage here a few months ago and I had an issue with the therapist starting late and ending early even factoring in the time for consult. The front desk staff heard me out and my next massage I got paired with Rachel instead of the previous therapist. She respected my time while also making sure she understood what parts of my body needed the most massage work. Rachel is not only great at massage but she really went above and beyond to help me and address my needs. Since then I have gotten a few more massages from Rachel and will continue to see her. Love this place. The best facials in lamorinda and the best Massage Envy location I've ever been to. It is always clean, organized well and they are always prompt for all appointments. The front desk staff is wonderful, super friendly. I started seeing Raina for facials before my wedding about a year ago and now fully addicted! My skin has never been better! She is the best! Wonderful facials that leave my skin happy and healthy! Typically she does some soothing, brightening face masks and sometimes I even do an add on they offer as a seasonal special! Konnie was great! She helped me customize my facial appointment with services that would best fit my skin type. She made informative recommendations about the various skin care products. And most importantly, she made the whole experience very relaxing! :). Great job!
