“Our pediatrician, Dr. Sandra Baik, is the best! She's always attentive, kind, and she takes the time to answer my and my boyfriend's questions and concerns about our daughter. She doesn't rush us, like other doctors have in the past. The phlebotomists have also been great at taking our daughter's blood samples. I will say, I didn't care for the wait. I've been checked in and had to wait 25-30 minutes past my appointment time, and in the pediatric clinic (which is on the second floor) there is no receptionist to assist or update you on your wait status. It can be frustrating when you have an infant and you see people who've checked in after you be seen ahead of you. So that's a downside.“

“Best urgent care experience. The wait was only about ten minutes, the ladies on the desk were very attentive. They even popped on a movie for the kids. The DR was also very informative and felt like she listened. I would definitely recommend coming here. I'm the type to just skip urgent care and just suck up the pain because of how scared I am of places like this. This place made me feel at ease.“
